More club spun rubbish I bet, so try and convince fans that things are happening (when they aren't)

Mackems pull one back Altidore

Aye - remember most of us are expecting to lose, tomorrow. di Canio still the best thing since sliced bread, according to the mackems.

A huge drop in s/t sales will be the only thing to convince him to move on. How many or wor lot are gonna shell out £600 a season to watch a team that has even less ambition then we did under McKeag? I know a lot of packed in, some are going to with others thinking about it.

I was there. Awful, awful night.

Poor game, though Sky will still be wanking over it, if it finishes 0-0.

Those quotes from Kinnear. Jesus fucking Christ - we are knackered.

It's easier said than done to try and get folk to stay away, but I believe many already cancelled their s/t's during the summer. The Family Enclosure being extended again shows that he still wants to fill the ground, even if it is on the cheap. I think to be honest, expectations have been ground down so much amongst supporters, that apathy reigns supreme. Another 'gift' from the owner.

He's a deluded arsehole. Is anyone surprised by this, because I'm not!

Yohan Cabaye (now sporting coordinator at Paris Saint-Germain)
Big Geordie replied to a topic in Football
so does every football club in the world don't delude yourself that its any other way. my opinion however I base off the who benefits line of logic, who benefits from Cabaye not playing? Ashley? not really if anything it hurts the clubs bargaining position on Cabaye as Arsenal can play the he doesn't want to be at your club line and are you really going to put up with a want away player lines to lower the price. Cabaye benefits if it forces us to sell him if he has said fuck that I'm not playing because I want to go to Arsenal in the hopes it will force us to sell him which nets him champions league football and a nice increase in his wage packet-he doesn't give half a shit about how much we get as a club. IF Ashley wants him sold and not to play, then that's what will happen (and is happening) Even if we get £15million for Cabaye, Ashley has made £10million profit. That's his reasoning right there. -

I've been called elsewhere for giving my thoughts on Cabaye - Ashley ordering him not to be played, etc and have been derided for it. If what Sky are saying has an ounce of truth in it, is anyone genuinely surprised? This club lies to supporters when it suits - it's admitted doing it before and it will do again. Don't fall for the lies, fellas - because Pardew is becoming as bad as Kinnear. -

I'm not sure if I buy him refusing to play. Again, I'm mindful that the club has lied in the past and will do so again, when it suits. What would make things interesting if a denial comes out from Cabaye over the next few days - unless he has been gagged in order to move. Desperate times once again. So glad I don't put money into this club anymore. -

No Cabaye then again, eh? No doubt that Ashley is protecting him for a sale. Happy enough with the side - it looks reasonably balanced and there's no real reason for not playing through West Ham. -
Podolski makes it 2-0.

Like others, I can see the crowd turning if we go a goal down. It's been brewing for a long time. I hope I am wrong however. Also shameful if Cabaye does not play again. Ashley protecting the chance of a sale. -
Keegan. Always had a liking for Ronald Koeman, in my teenage years and Chris Waddle.
-
It was just an excuse from Pardew, Dave. Should know that by now - an attempt to deflect blame away from him and the players.

Nolan was binned because he spoke his mind. Not the most mobile of men, but a great captain and scoring goals from midfield. -
Another poor performance on Saturday and I can see the crowd turning on him quickly, as will the media. They will be on it like a flash as a crisis at Newcastle makes for good copy. This one has been festering for a while, regardless if Kinnear and Ashley.

Pardew clearly been sniffing glue, judging by his post match interview. He's been hung out to dry. Question is how worse will things have to get before he decides to walk? No way will Ashley sack him, it's all about forcing him to leave of his own accord.
