As long as its no more than £4m aye, my thoughts too.

Because he's a fat lazy shit and he's played for scummy teams. Now he's here to leach off us, can't wait till he's gone. Surprised you never mentioned Owen mate. He was close to the list, would still prefer him to be off the wage bill, but right now he's our only constant goalscorer so he escapes by a thread.

Desperation to not sign him, i love it.

Why "hopefully Derdiyok"? I'd personally prefer someone who would start instead of Viduka, rather than sitting on the bench. He'll be ahead of Viduka, the fat twats finished. Played very well towards the end of last season. Will be interesting to see how he recovers from his injury though. He played well for 20mins here and there. I thought he was a very important player in the formation, linked the attack together very nicely. I don't think the formation we were playing at the end of last season will work at all unless we get in a player capable of replicating his role. Neither do I, but i think he's fuked and can only manage 20 good minutes per match, if we could have him fit for 75% of the season, and effective in 75% of 90mins then he would be invaluable, as it stands he was knackered before his injury, he's getting older, and this season i simply cannot see him being effective for 10mins per match when fit, if ever.

We shouldn't be signing players older than me.

30 year old? Fuk that, no thanks Over priced, over paid no doubt.
-
As in letters? At least its not Saha then.
-
Haha, just got it.

The whole things seemed cheap, tacky, last minute and really unnecessary.

I'd take him, £4m max though. It would be nice to get another English body in the team, but i'm not too fussed about that. Should have snapped up Shorey for £4m or whatever Villa paid, who i personally think is better than Warnock anyway.

Anton Ferdinand - 10m Younes Kaboul - 6m Carlos Cuellar - 7.8m Those were two others we were linked with this summer. I know which one looks the best. that's right. Cuellar pisses all over the other 2 from a great height Does he? We know Kaboul hasn't done too well, and we know Ferdinand is an average prem defender, but i cannot remember the last time Cuellar played in the Premiership. He's played in a weak league all season looking great, and in the UEFA playing in the most boring mind numbing defensive team on planet, although he looked good, its hard to tell from that alone. A decent defender is going to shine in an ultra defensive formation no doubt about it. Its a big fee, a big gamble, he could easily be another Boumsong, or an Amoruso, or a Barry Ferguson. I don't think he will be, but i don't reckon he'll piss all over Ferdinand or be as fantastic as everyone reckons. Still would have liked him here, but would say personally, £5m is a gamble.

Who will get to him first? The Thai authorities or the City fans? If it's the City fans then he'll probably wish he'd taken the soft option of rotting in a Thai prison. Citeh fans were born taking it up the arse when it comes to their club, so i doubt he's bothered at all.

Villa linked with £15m Joe Cole (again) and £4m Alan Smith.
-
do you even remember what you used to do before you had the internet?? Play tag, but then i was about 11 when i got the net.
-
He's going to get extridited (sp) very soon. His plan of getting assets across the world where back home cannot touch (like Roman over the great train robbery) is falling apart fast, turmoil is upon Citeh more so than ever, thats for sure. But the FA won't do anything, they'll be praying that the Government and International relationships intervine so they don't have to do fuk all, make a decision, or take any responsibility for anything they've done or haven't done. Bunch of clueless, balless shitheads not fit to run a bathroom tap nevermind an association. Cunts the lot of them.

Horrible little fuker.

Totally agree - I've said for ages that he'd be a terrific buy for us. I know this is completely against any sane logic but I really think he'll play for us at some stage. No firm reason , just a gut feel I've had for a while. Said so in a thread about 6 months ago. Exactly what we are looking for, and apparently he's being pushed out with Deco joining and Lampard staying. End of the day, he's done his shit stint at Chelsea, being a good palyer but never appreciated, about time to shine and be a star, make a difference and become a firm fans fav somewhere else. Lets hope its us. Get him, finalise Colo & bring in that young lad from Basel then it's been a solid summer.

Other player is Joe Cole. He'd spark this enitre club.
-
Villa in for joe Cole for £15m, yes fuking please.

Fuking hells lads., have a word with your sad selves eh?
