  1. Going to be a nervous time around these parts if the deal isn't announced soon. I can't see a reasonable other option right now, shiiiit.
  2. Its turning out to be the exact opposite of the harmony and 'great workplace' Sam created at Bolton. He seems proud of his work and achieving this, no doubt he will see this as a massive challenge for him and his skills. It does spell the end of a few players though imo, Dyer's wages to contribution ratio means he'll be under immense pressure from SA from the off, something i doubt he can cope with or want to put up with. Who would buy him and pay him 80k a week though? And would he even pass a medical elsewhere? Who says he's on £80k? The press? I've heard £65k lots of times, which to believe? If he wants out which has also been reported then he'll take a cut to do so, he has enough money now to do that. As for who, Spurs, they buy anyone tbh, if not WHU will be looking at every available player as its touted 15 of theirs will be leaving this summer. I reckon if we wanted we could sell Duff, Emre, Parker & Dyer at a profit to WHU this summer.

  4. When Nicky Butt states: "It needs to be put out that not every player playing in Newcastle colours this season has played for the shirt or played for everybody connected with the club." Then were in fuking trouble. http://icnewcastle.icnetwork.co.uk/newcastleunited/chroniclesport/tm_headline=butt-and-given%2Ds-blast-for-players%26method=full%26objectid=19101235%26siteid=50081-name_page.html
  5. Probably why he was pulling in better results when Shearer was there.
  6. The situation at Newcastle is beyond fuked right now, SA may not be the most flamboyant manager on earth but at least we can hope he will be able to sort out some of this mess with his abilities as a man manager and for the others, only selling them will do. I noticed Given & Butt saying certain players were also to blame
  7. This bombshell needs backing up like.
  8. Rdffering to Bolton as 'we' Can forgive him though. Next couple of days things will happen according to him.
  9. We haven't taken any real kickings in the league this season, 3-0 Everton was the biggest margin and goals against, this has made it imo look better than what it should be. The defense here will always be over critisised by media and fans, its the done thing, but it wasn't good enough this season or last, and at we'll probably be losing 3 more central defenders in Moore, Bramble & Gooch, while the injury records of Carr & Babayaro simply cannot be trusted to be relied on next season. Its a funny one, but those stats flatter to deceive imo.
  10. No whats mind boggling is the fact that you keep going on about it like it effects your personnel life. Very sad to It does, it really does. You are like a bad case of herpes mate, no one wants you and you never go away. Can't work out if you are talking to yourself or not? You should be. Anyways, moving on...... Deverstated tbh.

    Well done Freddy!

These are the crucial stages. At least he has learned from past mistakes and improved on his timing. Small steps for Fat Fred though, he has a long distance to recover from. First time I've seen him ahead in a poll on this site. Must say something. I refuse to vote until at least SA is in, then the budget is announced. If so the he will get my vote, but there are a lot of distractions for a man known to be a total cunt between now and then.
  13. Did Peter Reid run on the pitch like?
  14. About as strange as the reason you stay a member of this forum. Which is mind boggling tbh.
  15. Why celebrate like this if you are going to resign?
  16. Erm no its not. Its the end of the story because he says it is. End of. Aye you are right, i'll let McCabe know he has to drop his claim against the FA & WHU as Teepee said so!
  17. Aye, Anal woke up with a stiffy this morning knowing how much he can slag off Martins, but if Martins has brought it on himself then he deserves it and deserves a big fine along with N'Zogbia, and both should be made to return next season early as more punishment.

    Well done Freddy!

1: Getting rid of GR at the right time - 2: Get 'The Head' in ASAP - 3: Giving him ample funds for a much needed rebuild - 4: Allowing SA to bring whoever and as many backroom staff to strengthen the club - If he gets all 4 right, then yep, well done Freddy, but ATM he's only completed No1 on that list, the rest remain to be seen although now it looks like No2 is a cert.
  19. I think its disgraceful WHU were not docked points. I hope Sheff Utd at least sue the FA & WHU for the £50m people talk about the leagues worth. Any justice they'll be here next season. Fuking cockney cunts.
  20. In 500% agreement with this. Fuking more trouble than they are worth. Lazy, arrogant, trouble making sulky fukers. I don't know if we just attract them but i'm hard pushed to think of 5 Frenchmen in football who don't have an attitude problem. Surely we are just unlucky? Psychological profiling of potential transfers should solve this problem! Lets hope that will be the norm under 'The Head'
  21. http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=466504&CPID=8&clid=49&lid=&title=McCabe+vents+fury+at+Hammers&channel=& McCabe vents fury at Hammers By Mark Kendall - Created on 13 May 2007 Sheffield United chairman Kevin McCabe has taken an angry swipe at The Premier League after seeing his side slip through the relegation trapdoor, insisting action should still be taken against West Ham. The Blades became the final-day fall guys as they succumbed to a 2-1 home defeat to Wigan who, along with West Ham, leapfrogged their opponents to pull off a miraculous escape. However, McCabe remains furious that The Hammers were given the chance to avoid relegation following their controversial signings of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano. The East Londoners were handed a £5.5 million fine rather than a points reduction and the Sheffield United supremo has once again called for The Premier League to reconsider the punishment. "What leaves a bad taste for football is that it (the relegation battle) has not quite been played on a level playing field with the West Ham issue," McCabe told Sky Sports News. "The FA Premier League should have a good night's sleep and think `is what has happened fair?' "The fans of one club are in despair because their club has been relegated. To have the kick in the teeth of losing our (Premiership) status because we have played by the rules when another club hasn't... it ain't cricket. "We have played to the rules and one club hasn't played by the rules and the FA Premier League should do something about it."
