https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/has-short-sold-on-his-club-debt.1322278/ If any of that is true (by the looks of it several commenting) then they are fucked if they go down. Short will be fine since he's passed the debt on and all that debt is against the stadium and training ground at a repayment rate of 8%!

Aye, let's make the lower leagues as pathetic as they are in Spain. Jog on Pep you little creep. Pep is such a cunt. So glad it's going pear shaped for the overrated egotistical wanker.

Just seen that moment Tbf to him I've seen best goalkeeper in the world Hugo Lloris do as equally shit stuff and not get away with it. Great recovery, though next time he boots the Fucker in to row z.

Palace will win their first game under hippo heed against Sunderland at home. Rtg carnage

Please don't score any more, got 4-0 Murphy fgs. I never get these right ffs.

Maybe we got sick of daft fees being asked for average players and have decided publicly we've got no money. Seems everyone on here thinks we've £30m to spend, but we don't, wonder if the rest of the footballing world are thinking the same?

Mackems 9/2 ftw. Tempting.

Because promotion isn't nailed on, neither is him performing and I guess if we can get a loan we keep whatever funds we do have if someone else comes up before deadline day. It's smart business imho, I don't think the manager will have too much of a problem. Should a concrete transfer offer come in from Boro then that would change things.

c*** never learns if it's true he's refusing to release funds until we're back in the prem. We spent a lot of money on squad & backup players in the summer, now we can't afford first teamers who'll make a difference in the title race. I think funds will be released for the right deal, but I don't think the club is particularly trying to find that deal, more waiting for it to land at their doorsteps and have a nibble. We didn't spend a lot in the summer though. We made a £30 mil profit !! It's not as simple as that though, we've been relegated and taking huge losses on income while outcome stays the same. When you factor we sell in instalments and buy up front, signing on fees, player % of sales etc...it's clearly not £30m profit. The loss come into play until the end of this season though right? Even then, the first parachute payment isn't a million miles from what we'd have got last year (I think). Clearly therell be a loss in other revenue but if we go back up first time I'm sure the hit isn't too bad. Or I might be talking shite. TBH I haven't got a clue when the money comes in, I'd imagine though you get your money at the start of each season in advance or promoted clubs won't be able to spend until they are potentially relegated again.

(I believe) About a third of what we'd get in the prem...so around £30m compared to £90m for finishing last. So we need to find £60m to break even, £30m if you include the other £30m Ashley just put in to service the club.

They are absolutely fewmin' on FB & RTG over this.

This. People need to grow up. Club was relegated at not fault of his own, he had a clause the club were happy to put in and he was offered premiership football while trying to break in to and stay in the England team. If only the rest of the fuckers tried as hard as he did last season.

Might not last the month

Not happy how he left but quite happy to see him back. Be even better if we've made a few quid and he's took a pay cut.
-
Isn't he a slow wide man? Considering we've currently got Sammy Ameobi as a wide option, he's a significant upgrade to our squad. He's only there till Atsu is back, £13m though? Rather go for Townsend than have him and Ritchie play on the wings. I'd rather go for Di Maria, but it doesn't mean he's available or willing to come. Brady is available and would move. He'd be a great addition to our squad and anyone who says otherwise is just plain stupid. Unless of course you'd rather watch Gouffran. Jesus wept.

Best place for Obscure transfer bets? Looking for Colback to WBA.

Great player They'll not match Burnleys £13m offer. Crazy money mind.
