  1. YES, THIS COULD BE A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM FOR US.
  2. Get it. Just know we're going to win something if Monty's back.
  3. Think the TF article is the best thing I've read yet on this.

'...let's look at this article for what it really is. Another masterclass in bandwagon jumping and media whoring from an egotistical arsehole.'
  5. Didn't really rate Dyer too much, but the hate in this thread is something else. Gave everyone's missus the clap or something?
  6. Congratulations. Am I missing something here? I'm guessing your not white? A proper racist would know, surely? Part-timer.
  7. i say overtrained train for at least a few hours 5 days a week and also play a match or even two per week like he did last night... Rubbish. Probably something genetic. That level of activity was pretty normal for a large proportion of the population doing manual labour not so long ago. Manual labour is nothing like football training. You're right. Well spotted. In terms of cardiovascular excercise, though, are you saying the likes of swinging a pickaxe 8 hours a day is less of a workout than a bit of a jog in the morning and kicking a ball about? What footballers do is nowt compared to long-distance runners, cyclists, etc. Even what miners did back in the day.

    Let's all Wank For Peace.
  9. Think Butt's been better than both of them the last two matches, tbh.

They weren't racist - Islam is not a race - its a religion. You can have people from any Race, colour or Country convert to Islam - Singer Cat Stevns for example - a white English bloke, born in London - but now called Yusuf Islam and converted to Islam. Comments against him wouldn't be racist, as he isn't of different race - he just follows a different religion. I say again - the comments towards Mido weren't about the colour of his skin, or anything to do with the country he is from - it was about the religion he follows, which is constantly responsible for many terrorist acts - hence the 'bomb' and 'explode' songs - NOTHING about skin colour or race. As it goes, I think the Mido chants were a late follow-up to chants towards him from West Ham fans, when with longer hair and a goatie beard, he actually looked a lot like the convicted 'Shoe Bomber'. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/1731568.stm Christ, mate. You might want to stop before you really start looking like an idiot.

  12. Not on the evidence so far. Does a similar job but about half as effectively as either of those.
  13. In killing people terms, yes.
  14. I've decided I'm much too fair and nice to our players. So this season I've decided to pick on Alan Smith regardless of how he plays. In that spirit: his role AT BEST should be sweeper. Road sweeper, that is, the useless twat.
  15. Didn't have much time on the pitch, but didn't really put a foot wrong when called upon. Looked very composed.
  16. Didn't seem all that quick to me, but looks to have good reading and timing. Impressed by his cameo at the weekend.
  17. He should, aye, but this seems too easy for me. Three years in't clink and now he can go back to having a very well-off lifestyle when he took someone's entire life from them. Doesn't seem right.
  18. this for real or just a rumour you have heard? Neither: I just made it up, but it sounded well ITK, didn't it?
  19. Trying to get things signed up with the player we're getting in exchange.
  20. Can't say it comes as any shock at all. What did people think was going to happen? The FA was going to turn a blind eye to racist chanting? You make it sound like it was the Newcastle fans in general, rather than about 5-10% of the Newcastle fans for barely any time at all. That's not what I meant. I'm just surprised if fans in general thought the behaviour of this minority was not going to be investigated and, as such, something that we could just conviniently forget or sweep under the carpet. The media love this shit, for a start.
