He reminds me a bit of Hoddle but without the weird mystic meg shit. Down to earth though, generally soft spoken but sharp.
-
Quite astonished he didn't see red for that. Doesn't fit VaR/epl narrative clearly.
-
Manure Worse than we were there. Typical.
-
But then he would be out injured for the next 3 months.

Tale of two halves. Let's just pretend the second didn't happen. Let's hope the coaching staff and players don't forget and sort themselves out. Disappointing doesn't cover it. -
Let's go Burnley on Wednesday! If Burnley win Everton might actually go down.
-
Huge top of the table clash. 1-1 against Liverpool feds in the 62 minute. We just hit the bar after winning a penalty.
-
Fun 5 minutes!

Canada vs England final. Yes please and thank you.

Press just recycling news again I see. This Ashworth news was reported months ago wasn't it? We will fix it when we want to. I expect he is enjoying his time off to mentally recharge and likely preparing. Absolutely nothing to say he isn't getting organized behind closed doors mentally or organizing his move North.

Can't see us shopping in the PL unless there are cut price deals to be had (relegation, release clauses or out of contract), wouldn't rule out a couple of high level loans. We will just have to overpay for PL players, we will abroad but they will still be much cheaper. We are playing coy downplaying our summer budget. I would be shocked if we don't make a "statement signing" and spend upwards of 80-100m despite letting the world know we wont be spending. So much available out of contract this year I hope we are able to take advantage of that. Kamara for a start.

Sadly no, coaching with CPL club Forge FC (in Hamilton ON). He had a rough run with injuries and then was involved in a car crash and never fully came back the same. Herdman did give him a send off camp though before he retired. He played on with Forge and played in their inaugural Champions League qualifying run before retiring just over a year ago.

Remember Craig Forrest at West Ham. Means an awful lot to and awful lot of people. Crazy to think of the players that have come and gone without being part of a WC. The fact it is on the front page of every newspaper in Canada this morning shows how much is changing. With the co-hosting in 2026 and expanded WC going forward it is most likely Canada will always qualify going forward, combined with the CPL slowly growing and womens league hopefully next, things are like Herdman says "We are only just getting started".

Canada 2 up against jaimaica at half time. Should be 6 or 7. Heading for world cup qualification for the 2nd time ever and first time since 1986.

Damn. That will make things harder for us. -
In both cases (elbow/pen) the ref should have been given the opportunity to review himself on the screen. Ridiculous.
-
He has been so immense I felt he was a dark horse for an England call up. That one slip might have cost him that and us a point but he has been absolutely incredible. Love the guy.
-
Does he stay in the team for Thursday? Hard to drop him now even If it's to rest him. Real smart crafty player. Definitely something different to what we have got. Love to see him with Joe's either side. Shelvey will be back in for sure.

Real shame about the goal otherwise it's Dan Burn. Targett is pure class though.
