We desperately need another classy playmaker though, either to move Ben Arfa centrally and bring in a winger or to offer us more through the middle.

Ben Arfa looks the only person capable, maybe Santon at a push. Gutierrez needs to up his game, been really poor for a while now.

Why Perch at RB? Anita looked so much better every time. Nice to see Bigi but I think we would be looking better with Perch in midfield. Guti is piss poor on a sub obertan level.

Totally agree with you there Sewelly. If Pardew wants to play the 4-4-2 we need natural width coming from somewhere, having somebody like him at left-back will certainly help with that. Nice to see Tavs staking claim for a fullback spot too. Fergie and Santon left and right is worth trying. Anita looks decent at fullback though if we need.
