This. I dont dislike the guy he has done a great job, but he and Calderwood seem completely inept when it comes to motivating the players. This team is capable of winning every game, even with the likes of Butt and Nolan. But if no one uses their head when they have the ball and play half heartedly we will pay for it, like we did today. Leicester were there for the beating before they had a man down, how they can continue to ignore our non-existent central midfield is beyond me. Should we replace him in the summer if we go up? Probably, but if we could get another experienced coach in thats capable of inspiring and motivating the players then we might improve enough.

Absolutely horrific. Hughton got it all wrong. Way to respectful to start with, then ignored the chance to turn the screw after the sending off until the 70th minute. Yes we have some terrible footballers clogging our team up, but yet again we have been poorly prepared going forward and motivation has been lacking. Hughton is fine defensively but he is clueless going forward and motivating the team. How badly will we rue those two points come the end of the season. Second place? third place? if we continue to be so inept going forward we will struggle to reach playoffs.

Comes to something when im not bothered that the stream cuts out. zero control or creativity from our midfield. full backs both still nervy as fuck. central midfield the worst in the league! i think they have been told to just get the ball forward at the first chance, no thought process like finding a team mate or decent space. we need to step back, take our time, control the ball and the game. its been there for the taking since the start.

Fitz Hall would probably be a better bet than Martin Taylor. Both are pretty un-inspiring though.

His finishing for Youths and Reserves was fantastic, its more about the transition to the rigours of top level football imo, the pressure and confidence levels are playing the biggest part. He is so desperate to prove himself which is hanging on him like a lead weight. The positives are his hold up play and general off ball positioning, he is getting into the right places thats what counts, the finishing and confidence will come in time. Its just a frustrating part of developing, we need results instantly, our relegation will have helped his development no end.

Nowt attractive about WBA, dirty tackles and loads of luck. Still, got to be joint Favs with Forest to win the league. same again. its the hallmark of potential champions. but yes, in games like this i am just waiting for the final whistle. we need these points after a very poor period to get the momentum back. We have coasted a few games, we have scraped out and clung on a few games and we have blown a few games too this season. We are still yet to look convincing attacking wise, somehow the team is yet to gel and click into place this season. It doesnt matter either way if we win games. We will need one hell of an overhaul if we do succeed in gaining promotion though.
