I love that the 3 center backs was / is easily adaptable to a 4 man defensive setup and with the added ability to spread the center backs and really overload and dominate the pitch.

Training with that much intensity automatically equalling to injuries seems to be too simplistic in terms of the muscle issues. No doctor, but I’ve never heard that excuse given.
