botman will be the best Dutch center back in a matter of years. Natural successor / partner for Virgil
-
I love that the 3 center backs was / is easily adaptable to a 4 man defensive setup and with the added ability to spread the center backs and really overload and dominate the pitch.
-
and staying fit that season
-
Pope. Bruno. Botman. First 3 names on the team sheet for me. No particular order. Botman is potentially a world class CB.
-
He’s so quick to make a decision and it’s been bang on most of the time.
-
He’s just so good at everything he does, and he’s such an alpha on the pitch that he commands respect and performances out of his own squad. Isak needs to be on pitch with him because it’ll only make him more of a threat.
-
Good, now show it weekly. Show it when we need another player to step up. Show it when Bruno can’t, Or Maxi can’t. It’s time to step up in his career. The excuses need to stop. He’s talented as hell.
-
He’s always looked far better with Bruno
-
First off Wilson should have scored. That’s got to be a red.
-
Bemusing lineup but just win.
-
Not like the other keepers havent made mistakes

Pope Trippier Schar Botman Targett Longie Bruno Joelinton Miggy ASM Wilson

What system best suits England? GK: Pope, Ramsdale Fullback: James, TAA, Trips, Chilwell CB: Tomori, Stones, Dier, Mings, Burn CM: RIce, Bellingham, Phillips ACM: Mount, Maddison, Smith Rowe LW: Foden, Sterling, Grealish RW: Saka, Sancho, Bowen ST: Kane, Toney, Tammy, Wilson WIth 2-3 of those as reserves/backup and or dropping out for someone I didn't name. Seems tailored for a 4-2-3-1 for me where Kane has that freedom to drop in and release the wide forwards but also has central assistance from a true #10 who can shoot from deep or be truly creative and you have the stability of the double pivot to control the centre and drop in to see the offensive fullbacks push up. Finally Tomori is the fastest and best in-form CB England have.

Love that there is some website out there where some goon is just updating injuries with timetables and info and such.

When you look at the Chelsea sale followed by their immense transfer activity and pending tax liability, compared to what was apparently done on our takeover....you can't really say ours looks any worse. But hey, gotta give those top 6 clubs every chance to close shop eh? Oh NUFC have been taken over? Let's hold an emergency meeting and make sure we tighten up affiliated owner sponsorships, let's sign off on all new commercial deals, and make sure prior lax rules that benefited ambitous clubs is no longer in play for NUFC.
-
Chelsea needed government intervention, a write off of loans, a hefty tax reserve and a hand picked purchaser that was ok’d by multiple parties too.
-
Pope James - Tomori - Stones - Trips Rice - Bellingham Maddison Saka - Foden (as wingers) Kane
-
The way Tomori has been playing at Milan he’s probably the most in form CB England have - strong, pacy and tactically sound.
-
Sounds like there is a heavy tax reserve being held in escrow of some kind and it will be paid out of that.
-
Training with that much intensity automatically equalling to injuries seems to be too simplistic in terms of the muscle issues. No doctor, but I’ve never heard that excuse given. Think I’d be more curious about recovery, diet and the fixture list being as bad as it is. But that could then just go back to over playing.
-
Ah ok, thought you were just being a bit of a kernt. No bother mate.
-
I was implying he'd miss tomrorow and he could be avail for the one after. Thank you for not posting the further updated tweet.
-
sounds minor and he could be available for their next match.

Basically said his reading of the game and football IQ was elite to the point he was able to do way more without having to run like a mad man like Hendo. That Hendo had gotten way too much praise where Gini was able to literally slow down counters on Liverpool's press by always being able to be in the right place at the right time.
