Unable to dribble past the opponents is the key reason.
-
3rd option then. It's a dilemma. The possible departure of Barton and Enrique means we are in desperate need to bring in some excellent wide man. But it's too painful to watch Best to paly as our only striker.
-
According to journalive, we can only bring one of them here, and currently Gameiro is our preferred option. http://www.journallive.co.uk/nufc/newcastle-united-news/2011/05/31/nufc-may-persuade-kevin-gameiro-to-snub-spain-61634-28791846/#ixzz1NulUwIFb Your thoughts? I prefer Gervinho to be honest. Gervinho can also play as a winger and even if he cannot play well as a striker he can still contribute somewhere. This cannot applies to Gameiro.

Duff. Smith. Parker. Geremi. Babayaro. Jesus.
-
That's good. At least we have a replacement lining up. We cannot rely on Ferguson.
-
Just checked the RAWK forum They said Ashley is asking for 14m Well done Mike.

Berbatov swap with Shola would do for me.
-
ah sorry, I was thinking he means the La Liga league game vs Valencia (Club). my fault.
-
Simple. Valencia is shit.
-
Man, you serious?
-
Not going to argue the other points, but this one... There's already lots of arguments last year, mate. Not in here, but in other forums.
-
I accept you to do a Simeone, if the opponent DID try to hurt you or do some unsporting behaviour. But to create something out of nothing is just go over the top. You can't say they are doing it "for prevention" right?
-
Sorry, Barcelona is the only team I've had ever seen that INTENTIONALLY cause opponents to be sent off. I mean, it is not diving, it's just pretend to be elbowed, tackled, etc, and then surrounding the referee in order to force him to give a red card. Thiago Motta is hardly a rough player right? The final is definitely not controversal. They are clear and deserve winners. But other than that, sorry, they are not a team that I can respect.

Carlton Cole? Bendtner Shit.
-
Would guess so. I've got a feeling he has hesitations about coming to England. If Rossi goes to Barca, or Valencia begin to show interest - I think we might as well forget about him. I think lots of people also has doubts to be honest. I'd prefer a tall and powerful striker rather than Gamerio in our 4-3-3. Gameiro has to be fucking brilliant in order to play that role.
-
Ben Arfa, Jonas, Gervinho, and a new striker. That's just incredible. We are definitely challenging for top 6.
-
Carlton Cole?
-
I thought you would include some Korean there.
-
Probably not tbh. Probably. I think unless the club can match both his financial demand and ambition, he will leave very soon. He can definitely demand higher salary in his new club like Carroll.
-
Probably the new deal would make him the 2nd highest paid left back, though.
-
There's lots of reason for a player to fail to adapt in a new league. What the quote means is he is technically brilliant enough to shine everywhere and if he cannot do so it is not due to his technical ability.
-
Either way he has said he has been offered contracts and now he says he hasn't. Little room for conjecture there. Probably he means he has verbally agreed to sign the one that would be offered in June but now found out that the club did not give out the offer eventually? Just trying to make things more logical. Or else it simply doesn't make sense.
-
Or is that the January offer (and the improved one later offered by the club) are no longer available NOW? In that case may be Barton is right. I mean, even the 2 years extension is no longer available?
