I know Ashworths work for the club is a bit vague, but generally speaking he should be responsible for making long term plans and set up directions for the club. Making plans to comply with FFP/PSR has to be Ashworths responsibility, as this involves a lot of inputs from different departments within the club. it seems like this part of duties left behind by Ashworth has not been well taken up by others.

What’s concerning to me is, it sounds like the club didn’t appoint or defer Ashworths duties to someone, and that kinda leads to the PSR crisis we were having.

It doesn’t matter. Attributes like pace and acceleration, his style of dribbling, number of touches, vision, ability to pick up teammates run while dribbling etc would apply to any league. He also got a great left foot which doesn’t require much space to hit a powerful shot. Antony’s clip at the Dutch League shows the opposite. Even though he was toying opponents, he didn’t outpace opponents regularly - which becomes his biggest weakness now and makes him one of the worst transfer in history.
