That's the major negative right now with Mourinho. He's obviously a fantastic manager and one of the worlds best, but he's managed four clubs in twelve years. We need commitment. Pards in. We'll get at least 8 years from him. Exactly. He's better suited to Chelsea's and Inter's.

Mourinho is far too short sighted and volatile. Man Utd. have always had a focus on youth. Mourinho prefers older players and rarely brings through youngsters. He's been at 4 big clubs and he has left them all after 3 years at most. Man Utd. will look for the next SAF, Wenger or Moyes. Probably won't be Moyes like. Klopp for me. All day. Possibly some kinda Wenger-Moyes dream team? What?

Neither did Wayne Routledge. He has 5 league goals. It's down to management more than anything. Cabaye is a goal threat from set-pieces, that's fine. IMO it's all system/manager. We managed to beat a team 6 with Best/Shola/Nolan/Jonas attacking.

I also think we miss his personality. He seemed to be one of the leaders when he was here. And unlike Cabaye, he doesn't disappear. We need to look into bring in someone with leadership skills or just a character. Siss, Anita, Marv, Debuchy, Haidara et al don't strike me as powerful characters.

Tbf we need a decent manager.
