  1. Are you simple? We were absolutely fucking shit man. Stop talking wet. No we weren't. It was a canny game with a decent atmosphere.
  2. Swivel on it. Fucking make me. we played well today and only a blind man with tunnel vision would say otherwise.
  3. I thought we played well today, on the front foot from the start and only conceded due to sloppy individual errors. We also showed a lot of bottle to get back from 2 down. Was a much better atmosphere than previously as well with good support to the team.
  4. Aye, only the two conceded. 10/10 The goals came from 2 individual errors from Colback and Tiote though. Not Colo's fault.
  5. He hasn't issued a statement though has he? It's just his regular captains column in the matchday magazine. As regards being a screamer and shouter, he was giving Krul pelters against Palace along with the ref and linesman and also used to give Simpson pelters as well.
  6. I don't think they have had a pop at him. They merely state he isn't very popular with certain members of the team which is now common knowledge.
  7. I agree with this bit. Still want us to win the game.
  8. Looks like Ole Gunnar Solsjaer is now available too.
  9. We were very very fortunate to win 3-0 against Cardiff iirc. Personally I will go and support the team as always and hope we win. Doesn't mean I don't want a new manager, owner and players.
  10. Should prob just let him crack on then tbh The fat man is stubborn. He does the opposite of what everyone else wants just to spite people because he can. I want pardew gone but I still want to see a good game and more importantly a win on Saturday as I don't want the players confidence to get any lower than it already is by seeing us lose and be cut a drift at the bottom.
  11. Tee hee. I just think sometimes too much protest during the match itself can be counter productive and first and foremost I want to see a good game and a win always.
  12. Tin Hat on but I tend to agree with Ando on that. I want pardew gone, but I also want to go and watch and enjoy a football match with my 11 year old who neither cares nor understands about protests (except she's hated pardew from day one cos he's got terrible hair!) and I don't want us to become cut adrift at the bottom with no new manager in sight to save us. I think Hull last season showed his job is as safe as houses unfortunately.
  13. Management and coaching have moved on a lot since the 1990's and with the TV money enabling smaller clubs like Swansea and Southampton the funds to spend as much as us, it really does come down to the manager. Pardew is simply outwitted by just about every manager he comes up against unless it's another dinosaur like Paul Lambert. Champions League Winner Paul Lambert has got Villa 2nd in the league and unbeaten.
  14. Was as rusty as owt, hardly touched the ball and gave away a number of free kicks. Looks like he'll need a load of games to get properly fit and up to speed again. Sad.
  15. Wouldn't surprise me if there's a clause in the deal stipulating that he doesn't travel or enter the ground.
  16. Which suggests that chanting we love you pards is more likely to get him removed!

    John Carver

Really? The same Bobby who called the fans jerks???
  18. Is true that Carver told fans with a Pardew Out banner to fuck off?
  19. crock of shit. for missing the target from there he wants flogging.
  20. He's got to go but unfortunately we are so short of players a new man isn't going to make much difference.
  21. That's a small local company based on Dunston Industrial Estate doing that. At least we're helping the local economy.
  22. His interview is in the journal. he says HBA is a good player and a nice lad and any dispute was between HBA and the club.
