    To be fair I don't think diagnosis of acute abdominal trauma is in a sports physios remit. So club doctors attend games? Hopefully they managed to fix his bowel. Not sure if it's possible to be a footballer with a stoma.

    To be fair diagnosing internal trauma pitch side when the player says he's fine and he just appears winded is not anyone's fault. Dude was probably high on adrenaline and felt fine. Hopefully he recovers. He's in ITU, so whatever it is would be fatal. Just seen it's post surgery - this is normal procedure. Ruptured spleen causes massive internal bleeding. Ruptured intestine can lead to massive bleeding and nasty infections.

He got injured early in the season but I thought he looked good in the games he played. Another LW though đŸ˜‚ He carries the ball well. Decent crosser.
