  1. Schurrle is a particularly good Footballer, just tends to get into good positions in attack, scores goals.

    Papiss Cissé

    Closes 11pm on Monday 2nd. Or if you're Spurs 11pm Tuesday 3rd.
  3. Aye Villa are always outbidding us for players like, I remember last time when.. nah can't remember it happening actually. No source mate. Does seem strange though this transfer, talk of £8m and £9m, yet papers constantly claiming we've agreed to sign him for £4m or £5m while MK Dons say no bid has been made, now this random Villa story. Someone trying to drum up interest?

    Shola Ameobi

Easy to watch a compilation and get a feeling of fondness for someone like Shola, until you then think back to the 100 moments of incompetency and rank laziness he brought to us for every one of those good moments. Shola showed a commitment to rob a living here and piss everyone off in doing so 99% of the time. Had he left after the Championship season or our first season back in the Premier League I'd probably feel different about him despite the majority of his time here being pretty painful. But instead he stuck around for as long as he could to be Pardews little bum boy and loved it so much he's now back to having his tongue stuck right up the fuckers arse again. Spouting shit about how he got the best out of everyone here when we were finishing 16th or in 10th the season after.. with Ben Arfa, Marveaux, Yanga-Mbiwa ect on the bench so Williamson, Gosling and Shola himself could get a game. I don't actually hate him, I'd bet most Newcastle fans don't actually hate him either. I just don't have much fondness at all for him, certainly not enough to forget the torment of the years he spent here or to lie about how grateful I am that he's never coming back.

Insane like, nearly 1 in 7 goal scorer if you look only at Premier League games as well, a record to be proud of though according to Palace fans

Hah they should wish it was Sammy they were signing
  7. He's contesting the charge, not really sure why? Seems very clear he stands on him, surely its a frivolous appeal and means he should get a longer ban?

Don't forget Pardew, he has to thank Pardew

    Shola Ameobi

Of course not, he's super Al, anything he does must be great. I mean he found the likes of Cabaye, Perez ect, proper transfer genius, tactically aware, real man motivator who gets the best out of people!

    Shola Ameobi

Aye he clearly wanted him to stay like and luckily for us they didn't listen. But imagine Pardew had stayed, Shola came back from Turkey and Pardew had kept at it "he's free, willing to play for lower wages than before, we've lost Cisse to the cup of nations we need a striker!" and they eventually allowed it? Can you imagine re-signing Shola?, then he starts the next game ahead of Perez? That would surely have been the end for some people, suicides across the region. Shouldn't even think about the possibility, sends shivers down my spine. But at least it can never ever happen now

Had Pardew stayed here no doubt he'd have been banging on Charnley's door to resign Shola
  12. Didn't say anything is nailed on BTW, just that given what usually happens with us vs Hull I won't assume a 2-2 draw at home means a loss away. We were worse away than at home last two seasons in general, but for whatever bizarre reason we were still consistently better away to Hull than at home.
  13. Last season we lost 2-3 at home and in the same season went their and won 1-4. The season before we lost both times (league and cup) at home and went their twice in the same season and drew both times. But aye means nowt I'm sure, we should just assume this time we'll definitely be worse away to hull than at home.
  14. But your logic is that it will be harder for us away at Hull then it was earlier in the season at home, the fact is it never happens like that against Hull for whatever reason. Anything can happen, but to suggest we must lose away at Hull (where we haven't in recent memory) because we didn't win at home (were we've almost always lost against them) doesn't really make sense.
  15. Except we always do much better away against hull than at home. So 2-2 at home probably suggests 0-6 to use at their place

    Rolando Aarons

We should be offering a bit more like, but he can't expect first team wages at this stage, he's only played 5 games. Big potential obviously and if they have any sense they'll up it a bit with some bonuses for goals/assists/appearances. So the next offer will likely be £5k per week.
  17. Think it was £10m plus another £5m in addons, so doubtful much if anything has been paid in addons considering Zaha has barely played and Man Utd have been shit in the meantime.
  18. Doubt they'll do anything, its Chelsea after all.. Also still find it funny that Cisse was away with his country for exactly as many games as the ban, so it actually meant fuck all
  19. His agent is the same as Dele Alli's apparently so probably gotten some encouragement to do him a favour and get him flogged for as much as possible.
  20. I don't mean he's shit BTW, just he's fast, direct and can look really good when full of confidence but fall over his own feet when he's not. But even then he runs a lot which is Pardews favourite attribute. I think Yannick Bolasie will be the one to fall foul of his negativity given time.
  21. Are you kidding me?!!! Actually shocked at Pardew playing him, as he has gotten some confidence, and been looking like his getting back on the trajectory he was on. Big mistake by Man U. They should let the season play out with him now in the team, and then if anything move him in the summer, because he will be worth more than £3 million by then for sure. Crazy. Not surprised Pardew likes him, he's got a bit of the Obertans about him.
  22. He was apparently convinced he had the job well after he met us though. God knows what is going on but if its true that he had no issue working with the current coaches for now and wanted to come straight away then its nothing short of pathetic that he isn't here right now. Get fucked Charnley and take your fat cunt of a boss off with you!
