    Hatem Ben Arfa

FFS He ain't playing because his performances when he has haven't warranted it and others have knuckled down and done well. He's a flat track bully whose best game this season was against 9 man Stoke. Jesus wept man, woeful stuff Ben Arfas performances this season? aye they have been. Embarrassing. Hard to aim high as a club when you have muppet fans. Its utterly brainless, but nothing surprises me on the internet anymore..
  2. In a world with some decent rules in Football it might not be, but I think in the current game its a red all day. Maybe I need to see it in real time or something? The way I saw it Vertonghen ran into him deliberately in an aggressive manner, the player moved his head, Vertonghen went down like he had been hit by an in his prime Tyson and Dawson did enough to make sure it was a red. Very different to two players just standing there jesturing and one swinging his head no matter how light the contact was, imo. I probably am a little biased tbh because I want Spurs to lose but Vertonghen was definitely the aggressor. We'll have to agree to disagree. I've only seen it a few times in slow motion and while the first viewing looked like it was all Vertonghen from the other angles it looked quite different. Vertonghen moves slightly towards him, but only in the same way you'll get constantly in that kind of situation. The Dnipro player head butts him, lightly but still a definite head butt. You're probably right, just work with two Spurs fans so tomorrow would have been fun I blame myself really, it was 1-0 to Dnipro when I turned the match on I'll turn it off now and maybe Dnipro will nick it..

  4. Yep, wasn't he the player in the first leg who was diving every 5 minutes to try to get pens?

  6. What are some of you on?, if Remy's was a red that was two reds from the Dnipro player
  7. 8th or 9th "another good league finish" We finish top 8, i'd class that as a good finish. Sure Everton would think the same. If you put yourself in that mix, you give yourself a chance to push on to the next level following season. The problem is the fact the top 6 now look rock solid imo, going to take some real investment from us or Everton to break into it. Man Utd are still certain for a top 6 finish imo. I know they've shipped in some awful performances but with most of their squad getting back to full fitness, i think they'll do enough to cement that spot ahead of anyone else. Then next season you'd fancy Liverpool to spend big money since they haven't over last couple of windows, especially with potential CL money coming in. Spurs always seems to pluck up money out their arse to invest and then Man Utd are rumoured to go on a wild spending spree. I do really struggle to see someone breaking into that top 6 anytime soon. This was potentially a great season to do so with a lot of changes taking place and we got ourselves in a position to go for it but decided to sell our playmaker and sign no players permanently. Ultimately let down by Ashley once again to no great surprise. Liverpool haven't spent too much over the last couple of windows I suppose considering what they often spend (£20m net). But they have spent nearly £100m net over the last 3 seasons. As you say it really comes down to if they get a Champions League place or not. Spurs usually sell to buy as well.

    Sunderland

Hope they get fucking pissed on, Sunderland that is.
  9. 21 years since Freddie passed. 21 years till Greece gets out of the 80s more like
  10. What the fuck has that Olympiacos player got on his face? Its not Movember anymore..
  11. Manure won't beat these 3:0 at home ffs They'd struggle to beat anyone at the moment never mind 3:0
  12. Yep there he is missing a sitter
  13. Arsenal kid makes it 2:0.
  14. But there has been money spent on transfers in the last 4 years though.. What's your point? We're still up a cool 100m over that 4 year period and still haven't bought a player in 12 months? My point was you were looking at money we'd made in a 4 year period but ignoring anything we'd spend outside of the last 1 year. But now I'm not sure I even get what you're referring to. How are we up £100m?

    José Mourinho

"Journalists are unethical.. wah wah", cry me a river you boring twat.
  17. They'll show everything for that particular period, past accounts show the rest. If there's anything to show of course, can't remember if there was a planned repayment of any kind for this period (last last year AFAIR), someone else will have to remind me. EDIT: The final £18m of the £29m Ashley put in a few seasons ago should be repaid in this set of accounts. He'd then have to declare if any of the original £111m loan is to be paid in the following year. Which is something he said he wouldn't do, so we'll find out if he sticks to that.
  18. Yay, we can see all those billions Ashley's apparently pocketed, can't wait!
  19. If we owned them you'd only assume they'd be sold anyway man Hopefully dick head plays De Jong for the rest of the season, think £8m could be a good deal for him.
  20. What did Norwich pay for him?, £10m wasn't it? bout £8.5m from what I've been able to gather. Think there were add ons as well but I suppose its unlikely they'll ever have to pay them if they were based on goals

  22. You don't understand your managers decisions? Try being Pardewd
  23. He's trying to shake things up because of how poor the loss to Tottenham was. So he drops two players who didn't even start that game and keeps the lad who missed chance after chance, hate Pardew alot..
