A personal one for me. 🙁 I had the pleasure of working with Jack for 7/8 years and his mam Jackie for 22 years until I retired a couple of years ago. Couldn’t have wished to meet a more pleasant and friendly lad, and was devastating news when he passed. Putting rivalries aside. All fans are so precious. 😢

I remember a visit years ago to RCA following South Shields when they were Northern League. Shields scored and the supporters behind the goal all sang "and it's all gone quiet over there", pointing further behind them.......to the local cemetery. 😄
