Desperately unlucky today, as well as some good keeping from Czech and they get the lucky scrambled goalmouth goal. sickening. Dummet stood out like a sore thumb today at his inability to do anything but pass the ball backwards, never once got up the wing to back up ayoze, offers zero going forward and is limited defensively. liked tiote in the middle, but Colback has to keep his position more, they kept occupying the same spaces when we were in possession. Janmaat was outstanding today. Rest were decent and right spirit. We need a goalscorer, Mitro looks good but just isn't putting the thing where it needs to go...

Only mistake elliot made was trying to fist that clear, then we had the colo and anita clown show trying to see who could make least effort to clear it. They completely dominated for the first 30 mins then it evened out a bit, second half it could have been anyone's, we were unlucky not to hold on for the draw. Lukaku was magnificent up front, had our lot all over the place. Sissoko again looked like our only chance of getting crosses in... Very predictable at the moment.

You could even put coloccini in as the defensive midfielder instead of Tiote, that way we get rid of both jack and anita!!! Yippeee

DeJong punished for missing a sitter and perez and mitro on from the start. Thauvin to add some ammo from the wing and Mbabu to give him some backing. If dummet is to make it here it's at centre back and not left back (gash there!)

Especially against "lower" teams

I said against villa we should have put Gini into the middle (with tiote or Jack or Anita) and Thauvin down the wing... We need to change something as our play is stifled and comes in bursts and breaks without any dominance. If we want to pass the ball then put gini with anita, if we want to have some protection in front of the defence then tiote and gini. If we want to improve the defense against giants then put dummet in the middle... It's plain to see for the fans but McClaren and company can't seem to see the wood for the trees!

The reality is simple; he's top six going forward and bottom three defensively...

I think Everton will do us, principally because Lukaku will think it's his birthday up against colo again. This type of striker always prevails against our weakling defence.
