  1. Not sure why the defender backed off Ferguson?
  2. Trippier almost fucking in box, so many stray passes also Schar guilty throughout the game.
  3. Anderson on for Joelinton. Wilson for Almiron, stick Isak wide right.
  4. Wouldn’t consider Brighton panic buyers.
  5. Shit game management, poor passing throughout game, Bruno going for a Hollywood pass in a dangerous position.
  6. For a gay person it probably is hell on earth but if you’re moneyed up and straight you’re buffered from the nastier side of Saudi life. Big salary, big house, servants, socialising with the ex patriot community, and the option to fly out to Dubai regularly.
  7. Hope this is the beginning of the end of FFP, Saudi clubs not signing cast offs but prime targets of European clubs. If European teams want to stay at the top they’ll push for FFP restrictions to be lifted.
  8. Yep, likes of Elano Blumer, Martin Petrov and Vedran Corluka were signed under Shinawatra.
  9. Hope City tell them no, don’t want ‘pool strengthening.

    Miguel Almirón

Over the next 12 months he’ll become a squad player. Think we’ll add a right sided attacker, young striker to take over from Wilson in future, right centre back, and midfield upgrade for big Joe in summer 24.
  11. That was rejected as Paramount a broadcaster were too similar to SKY who are the leagues UK & Ireland broadcast partner. They would have no grounds to reject Adidas.
  12. He was OK in general but fluffed his lines at the crucial points. That’s what sets the great players from good players they do it when it counts. He was doing it last season until he got himself banned before the final but not been at that level since. Confident he’ll regain those levels again.
  13. Seems to dwell on the ball too long and get himself closed down, plus his first touch on the run has been poor lately. Hopefully he snaps out if it.
  14. Haaland miss. Great run and pass by Foden.
