Just not sure he does enough other than finishing (at which he is incredible); not a very dynamic player. Doesn’t seem to have kicked on physically like other players under Howe. Canny enough squad option but not sure that’s what you want for the price.

You don’t need to. I’ll put it another way - if you have a squad player who hasn’t played well for a while and isn’t getting minutes, in my view you want him to come in and play well against inferior opposition and give you a reason not to drop them.

I don’t think it’s controversial to say he was bobbins today. Can offer explanations but at the end of the day he looked bad against league 2, that’s not encouraging.

Yeh just thought he looked a bit down on himself and not really up for it. Had a poor game which didn’t help, albeit better second half, but didn’t seem to have much zip or strength about him. Maybe he was just cold
