Fine margins - 2 posts and Wilsons miss at home to Dortmund, the ridiculous VAR at PSG and a draw would have done against Milan... then theres Miggy's miss and Bruno's post. Ultimately we weren't far off, but 1 win out of 6 is disappointing. Felt like we went a bit gung ho and 1-1 last night, when really it was Milan who was desperate for the goal. Think we could have been more sensible and waited for them to leave gaps, instead it was the other way around. Really disappointed we aren't still in europe, only positive i can take is that the fewer games will do us better in order to finish Top 7 and qualify for Europe again. What a difference 10 days has made, from the Chelsea/PSG/Manure high, to the Everton/Spuds/AC low.

Fulham scoring goals for fun lately, 16 in their last 4 games so won't be easy. Hopefully see Longstaff and Wilson starting, along with Burn for the suspended Trippier. Really feels like we need a win again, even though a week ago we were on cloud 9 after the manure match.

Miggy tonight was the prime example of better players taking you to better places. A decent player knocks that in, regardless of preferred foot or not. An attacker who has basically no end product. If each team had a position for someone who runs about, we'd have the best one in Europe.

He's a good squad player, but that's about it. 5 years with us, one season with 11 goals, and then 11 goals spread across the other 4 seasons. Grand total of 6 assists in 5 years.

Realistically this year Top 6 was always going to be a good achievement. Fingers crossed we get top 7 and Europe again, and with our European matches, cup run(s) it'll have been a good season. Top 4 chances - 3/10

So often in matches I think "if only we had a top level player in Miggys position" - last night was the same again, as was the manure match. Misses so many chances he should be putting in, often not even on target. Nights like last night it comes back to cost you. The fact he can only kick with his left foot too, doesn't help. Love his work rate and enthusiasm, he'd give anything for the club, but if we are to continue to progress, he's got to be a back up.

That tool Marco playing down the derby on the phone-in tonight, not important to them in the bigger picture. I'm guessing most of their fans will tow the same line.

Just because they are back training, doesn't mean they were likely to go straight back into the matchday squad.

Daft decision imo, though listening to his interview on the phone-in earlier it seems like he's been told who to select and not select.

This NUFC is a different beast to the one involved in the last 7 or 8 derbies of the past. No fear, every match played to win, and feel like we can beat anybody. Away atmospheres at Milan and PSG in the bag too. 3-0 to Newcastle and at least 6000 cardboard cut-outs of seagulls.

Thought that was his best ever game for us, absolute beast, did a bit of everything though shooting still not his strong point. I lose count of how many headers he wins, esp from corners.

He's a miracle worker! To think half the squad was here struggling under Bruce, and are now looking like they could beat any team in the world. I guess you can't win them all, but it totally feels like we've deserved every point we've got this season, and arguably at least 4 or 5 more.

i must have bought at least 8 tops off DHgate in the last year, all absolutely top drawer and max £12. Once i even ordered 2 different shirts and they sent me 2 of each. Just ordered the Stadium shirt and shorts for xmas for one of our kids, and arrived in 10 days.

So should be the same team, plus Ritchie, Krafth and possibly Longstaff available? Really fancy us for this, as long as everyone on the pitch stays healthy.

If PSG beat us, and Milan win at home to Dortmund, thats us out of Europe, right? Really need a Milan loss or draw to keep our chances of Europa alive.

2 points dropped, just like West Ham. Crap decision by Pope ultimately cost us.

If we'd hung on to take 3 points against the bin dippers we'd be in a title race now, even considering a tough start to the season. We still could be in one. If you offered me 6th, and European progression I'd take it right now.
