I wouldn't be suprised if the club doesn't actually want to sign Beckford or Killgallon and was purposefully bidding well below clubs valuation in a smokescreen just to appease the fans.
Would prefer us to go for Gary Hooper anyways over Beckford. Good goals record this season and last and decent all round game and seems like a clever little player.
Leicester would be mad to sell Fryatt btw. Although personally i also don't rate him too much, good finisher but poor all round game.
Carr said same thing in an interview i read today (guardian i think)
However he was shite the majority of the time he was "fit" anyways. I'm guessing it helps that Larsson (i think it is) plays infront of him for BCFC and is quite a willing worker and tracker back unlike say anyone in the 4-3-3 or Nobby when we played 4-4-2
Palermo still more or less guarenteed to be in Arg squad for WC. From my experience at Boca like he is much loved still.
On a well known video site you can see him score a 45yd header
When did he last get voted MOTM?
Sheff Wed away he was MOTM in the Times
No way should he get a new contract, those wages are criminal n all. Three midfielders who aren't first choice on 50k or more, no wonder the wage bill is skyhigh
Good to hear his career is flourishing with one of those well known outfits.
Be interesting to see, if he gets playing regularly, if he is at the World Cup.
be a tough job at BW as their players aren't exactly accustomed to playing attacking passing football and as a result if he tries to implement it I could see BW taking a few hidings
