Allegedly the contract was signed on toilet paper in Tupac Shakur style, but this then became defunct when Decky used it to wipe his arse with kingdawson's post in this very thread.

Real life legend, he broke Robbie Savage's leg y'know, surely that's more than enough reason to let him stay? That makes him peerage material in my book.

    sound familiar ?

Nice metaphor, and totally accurate. I'd add X Factor Pop Idol etc etc vomit vomit etc to those. All made for the unthinking (ie THICK) majority Nah, WWF is nothing like those things, it's more like a soap opera or drama series. I haven't watched it for years but when I was 8-11 or around that age I absolutely loved it both for the matches and the storylines - you know, goodies versus baddies. Still enjoy watching the odd hour of it if I'm round someone's house with Sky tv though, but it's has gone downhill and is not really familly entertainment anymore. Plus I don't know who's who these days. And seeing it live at Whitley was an absolutely tremendous spectacle. I remember being amazed by the athleticism of these huges blokes flinging eachother around, and they really got the crowd going. I remember Papa Shango and the Nasty Boys being there at the one at Whitley. Aye, and the Undertaker was there as well - can't remember who he was against though. Wasn't a fan of the Nasties, me, more of a Legion of Doomer... It was all about Demolition or The Rockers for me like.
