If Sunderland lose tonight and we beat QPR, you'd figure they wouldn't be able to finish above us. The thing is though, Southampton are down in the thick of it as well and on their day play better stuff than the mackems, so they mightn't even get another point.
-
Leave her alone lads ffs. Posting pictures of her and all on here is just uncalled for.
-
Wor Shearer didn't get a shot when he took us down, if this cunt does it's a travesty. Tbh, if Pardew is here next season I'll see you all in League One in 15 months.
-
The average age on facebook is probably 12 years old. The thing is, the people defending him to the hilt are well over 20. Heres some of the shit I've read tonight:
-
What's the craic with groups on Facebook? Most people seem to still support Pardew, some even think he isn't remotely to blame.
-
All one of them? Probably, yeah. I think we'd keep Gouf, but Cisse and HBA would definitely be gone. What a sorry state of affairs, hopefully it won't come to that.
-
Yeah because we're going to sell every single forward apart from Shola man.
-
Fcku fof. You really 42??....get some tests eh? Fcku fof. You really 42??....get some tests eh? He's 24.
-
The same man who took Gouffran and HBA off for Shola and Gosling.

Look at our squad, Pardew is taking it down to the Championship man, specialties like this are what he does. -

Play like today and we should win. It all decides which Newcastle turns up really, so pointless predicting anything. I'm gonna be in the pub having birthday drinks when all this is happening next week, fucking sick. -
I didn't even notice Norwich creeping in there. If neither of us win another game this season we're relying on them getting battered away to city. We just had to be playing against Arsenal on that day as well though.
-
It's completely out of our hands now even if we do beat QPR because Wigan have two very winnable home games left. They're picking up points rightly recently and you wouldn't bet against them winning both of those home games. We might need something from Arsenal to stay up, which is frightening.
-
That's it over for me, 10. I really didn't see Wigan winning today but they have all the fight in the world while we're just hopeless. You can see the luck in our game and Wigan's too which points towards the inevitable.
-
Pardew having a good laugh.
-
At least now we'll go out and continue to try and score in the 2nd half, rather than go out protecting a 1 goal lead and inevitably getting bummed.
-
I'm sorry, but that's too straight forward for Pardew.

I think that's incredibly harsh on Nolan. First off, he came here half way through the relegation season and joined a squad that was all over the place and was pretty much rotten to the core, with Joe Kinnear as manager, so to be honest people like him are the last I'd blame for that mess of a season. And I really don't know where you've gotten this idea that he "couldn't give 2 f*cks" tbh because who knows what certain players were thinking at the time? When we went down it was largely reported that Nolan was one of the players gathering the troops and telling players to either commit or leave. He was also absolutely instrumental in us getting promoted and keeping us in the Premier League the following year, he was fantastic in the two seasons following relegation. It was also reported that Nolan was a top professional off the field as well, visiting children at schools etc and being a total gent to fans. We've had some shit captains over the years, Michael Owen being a top example, but Nolan was a fine captain for the club.

Yeah Wigan play Swansea on Tuesday. So we could be 1 point from safety before playing QPR.
-
Nah, if that happens we're down and I'll accept it tomorrow. Yep. Infact we'll be in 18th come next weekend because you just know they'll beat Swansea on Tuesday night.

What if the football next season is different?

Hardly makes it a club colour. There's red on there too. -

I really don't understand the blue on the home top man, if it was just a trim like the old brown ale one it might look decent, but why put them through the stripes as if it's one of the clubs colours? If the Wonga box is blue too then you know it was just to make it look better, which is ridiculous. The away tops are complete trash too. It's going to be plain insulting charging fans £40 for one of those.
