Will be happy enough for this to happen tbh

How could they implement a life time banning in the ground? If he got a ticket from a mate how could they stop him going in? I mean how would they actually see him to begin with?
-
Aye i thought about those things but i just wondered why, i mean why exclude others? Its football and no matter what they still have to work within FIFA and UEFA regulations, it just seems abit pointless to me.
-
Wonder why they felt the need to create an exclusive group anyway
-
If they got banned from Europe then surely CL places would fall to any team who finishes in the top 4 in the league not including the 'top 4' as they are G14 members?
-
I love it when they praise the fans can never get too much of that

Did Roker Park have a stand that went up rather than up and out? http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium_menu/past_future/pictures/past_stadiums/sunderland_roker.jpg ?

Was going to mention that myself.

The Government don't own those buildings, so it's got nowt to do with them. What do you propose they should be housing? We've not sold out SJP once this season btw. Thats because of the dross we have had to put up with, with Roeder and Souness, better times are ahead and those who faded away will come back. As for the buildings, im not sure tbh, surely something better than students? Knock a few walls down, make a small museum or art gallery or something.
-
If the government are to do anything with those buildings then they should get the students out and put the buildings to proper good use, listed buildings filled with students is ridiculous. SJP could do with more seats IMO, if you fill your ground every home game then why not expand? I think however the old plans to raise the Gallowgate should be brought back into play, the Gallowgate is perfect for us at the minute as its only a small increase, if we dont sell out we will only have a few thousand empty, maybe 4 or 5 thousand, where as if we raised the whole ground and it didnt fill we would have about 10 thousand empty at least which would be horrific IMO. IF a time comes were we need more than about 60 thousand seats then surely the East Stand could raise up and not out like some stands on the continent.

He wanted to go to Madrid to experience football abroad, he wont be doing that anymore, his words.

Is there a thread on this? http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/n/newcastle_united/7048336.stm Anyway, well played by Sam i must admitt. Although if all this is being discussed then surely Owen must want a new deal which is refreshing to hear.

Only a few players know the rivalry though, the defence doesnt which is why i think Taylor is a CERT to start.

Looking at our squad it is an easy run, on paper its an easy run, like i said in my post its up to the manager how we do as we certainly have the squad to win all bar 2 of those games. I know we wont but we COULD. Im not taking form into account really thats why i said its up to Sam how we do.
-
Emre and/or Barton are in the top 4 tbh.
-
In the future its Fabregas, for me right now though its Scholes. Can still supply amazing balls up to the forwards, lets not forget his amazing form last season played a huge part in giving Man Utd the title.
-
I think we have an easy run still tbh. Our home games are: Portsmouth Liverpool Arsenal Derby Birmingham All of those games above are winable considering we are strong at home. The only teams i see having a chance of winning are Liverpool and Arsenal, we beat Liverpool at home twice in the last 3 seasons, we also beat Arsenal aswell, i see no problems there tbh, as for away games: Sunderland Blackburn Fulham Wigan Again all winnable, when was the last time we lost at Blackburn? Its up to Sam how we do, he needs to sort out our away form and there are 3 perfect away games to do it in.
-
Sam, they play crap in every away game, sort it out ffs.
