Absolute garbage - leaders are good players - Williamson is utter shite. Colo as a footballer is on a different planet to Williamson, even these days. As leaders though they're equally rubbish. Colo because he doesn't communicate with or help his teammates, Williamson because he's rubbish at football. If they were comparable as football players in terms of talent Williamson would be a far better captain.
