Riv is decent considering the scraps. It's his first game afterall. At least he's not just an invisible guy that is regularly offside. Looks alright but don't think he's suited to being the main striker. Just off the front man would be his best spot IMO, or maybe wide in a three.

Colback been good, three man midfield in general has looked industrious tbf. Ben Arfa and a quality forward instead of Gouffran and Riviere would have some potential.

The cynicism on here about absolutely everything is delicious. I still think we should give Santon a proper go at RB personally. He's generally looked shaky there I know but with a run of games he might grow into it defensively. As an attacking outlet he has some real potential IMO, but I can't see him ever realizing it at LB at he cuts inside almost every time he gets forward and then has nowhere to go. Let Dummett and Haidara battle it out at LB and actually spend some money on a striker and a wide player.
