Manu humilated us this season...I want them to lose i dont think it counted. I just shrugged at the manu results, as it confirmed how bad sams team had been. If they beat us by 5 next year theni will be disappointed.......we were at an all time (well 10yr) low when we played them so it wasnt really an achievement for them. This season they are one of the best attacking teams in the ehole of europe, so i dont think it s much of a disgrace to be beat by them. Perhaps next year we will be beating teams by 5 goal margins, and will u fell sorry for them?? ofcourse not! tbh i think manu are the best teamin the league, none of the others have sustained much a of a run, although chelski are finishing well.

Yes its that time of year again! when all the dole wallers spend the last days of the season trying to work out the league tables finishing positions! SO agains i ask the question.....Is 7th or 8th place going to the intertoto? 1. Lets assume that Portsmouth make it too the final of the fa cup. If they win that takes them out of the uefa spots?? However i have some vague remembrance of 1 less slot this year?? Anyone reckon they got this all worked out?

cant see him staying past june. I cant imagine hes happy to be a squad player, so he had no future here, at least i cant see one atmo.

"so, which trophy will we win first?" uefa cup imo, there arent many euro teams we cant beat. Its a bit of random cup though, the champ L drop outs can really screw it up, but some years its not that hard.....well to reach last 16 anyway, getting past semis is a bit harder. Only teams i fear in europe are the spanish teams eg sevilla. With the exception of the 2 milans, all the italian teams are in theory beatable. Even bolton managed to play quite well in uefa this season, so what could we do!! imo i cant see us winning a domestic trophy, we arent a lucky club, and the domestic cups take huge slice of luck with the draw.....we keep hitting the big teams, and getting splattered. maybe next year, we can win the fair play league?

actually from a strategic pov, i think you may be right. It wont take prem managers long to work out nufc new game plan eg owens new role. Clearly spurs tried to respond to our new tactics and totally fluffed it )) However i have more faith in coppell to spoil the party, reading are much better in the art of stodge than `better` teams like spurs. Reading will come to sjp and try to stop us playing, so sat could be a frustrating afternoon; ofcourse they could fail totally whcih is what we hope)

DOes this women have any actual experience?? She seems to be rather out of her depth. I noticed that she nicked a few phrases from motson, and in general her commentary was full of stereotypes. Overall though she needs to change her pitch from that of excited fan to that of a more measured analysis. Gaby logan need sto give her a few tips!

the lad needs to get off his ass and move out the comfort zone.ie away from sunny tyneside. Continental side would be good as he lacks pace or strength for the english leagues.

It does feel good !! tbh though until we beat a team of equal or superior ability then it wont truely sink in. Beating spurs would feel fantastic ))

GIven the fact that owen is the same stature as beardsley, do you think that keagan is trying to rework owen as a beardsley type player, even if he doesnt have the same level of tricks ?? We all know owen is a thoughtful player, even if he comes over as a bit slow in his tv interviews.

Not sure if motd was overly favourable to barton, but they certainly showed some good passes he made.....ofcourse they were positive highlights on our overall performance!

Very happy with the decision, if a bit nervous at the time. HIs one mistake so far was overconfidence in thinking he could get our nonperforming players upto scratch. eg he should have bough min 3 player in in jan, think this showed a bit of rustyness in the transfer market. Can only hope that the birmingham game was a line in the sand against the wave of defeats. Once the rocket reignites theni think we can head back up to the good times. Still got faith in KK )
