Cracking debate.

Some of the debt is down to the stadium but we've also got an overdraft of more than £20 million. I also remember somethig being said that if the club was sold then the stadium loan would have to be repaid, I don't know if that was true but somebody did mention it on here recently.

Ashley: Chris, we must increase the clubs revenue via the web. Mort: Excellent idea Mike, I'm onto it, I'm meeting somebody from Newcastle-Online. Ashley: You're sacked.

Gemmill didn't hate him, he loved him and that's why were in this shit now.
-
You could be right about that.

Don't blame me if it's wrong, most of these stories have been and this just looks like pure speculation. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/2007/07/31/faye-set-for-toon-89520-19546480/ BOLTON are ready to sell Abdoulaye Faye, wanted by old boss Sam Allardyce at Newcastle. New contract demands by versatile giant Faye are way too high for Sammy Lee, who could let him go. Allardyce has already bid £500,000 plus £500,000 in appearances for the Senegal international - but Bolton want £2m, and Birmingham and Wigan are also keen.

Also, you're known as mongs because most who come on here claiming to represent you act like mongs, you can't blame people for getting the wrong idea if that's all they see.

I'll raise you Faye set for Toon The Mirror.

Based on what? I thought his attitude last year was a disgrace, he played within himself every time he was on the pitch and i would bet good money he was one of the players that Butt was referring to at the end of the season. Dont buy into his hype at all. Think i might boo him if he comes on against Villa.... Typical, you'll be egging his house next.

In 2004 we made money from transfers, we brought more in than we spent, something like £10,400,000. If you were a proper fan you would have known that. I knew you wouldn't reply Net transfers paid on a season by season basis ...... http://www.nufc-finances.org.uk/transf6.gif amounts paid to shareholders over the same period shows ... http://www.football-finances.org.uk/nothin3.gif wtf has this load of bollocks got to do with MICK explaining how Leeds, Chelsea and Liverpool got bigger crowds than us pre-1992 [his own statement] but don't now I've highlighted why he's posted it as you made a statement and seem to forgot about it.

It looks like he was staying anyway. http://www.newcastle-online.com/nufcforum/index.php?topic=43335.msg939550#msg939550

Yesterdays news.

My post was a bit vague, it made sense at the time.

I'm saying they shouldn't use the media to communicate between themselves, Allardyce and Mort, I think you picked it up wrong. As for being spoilt by all of the cash spent by the old board, it's no good pissing your money away if you have nothing to show for it.
-
That's true, they should learn to communicate without the media.
-
Have you got a webcam?
-
Personally, I'm sick of the way they are going on but not worried, some want the club to keep making statements, I don't, things will calm down eventually.

Zero credibility, I'll leave it at that, you talk rubbish and when proven wrong just act as if you haven’t.

I've never felt so positive going into a new season for years, at least 4 years at a guess. We've made massive headway as a club but still need to move forwards, the team still needs work but I'm confident that we are better off now than 12 months ago. We're 2 or 3 players away from having a very good first team, sort that out and we'll be able to enjoy our football because I've been pleasantly surprised by the football we've played so far under Allardyce and the players fitness looks miles ahead of where it was last season when we had Roeder getting them ready.
