  1. Not surprised, did a good job with fook all. Less resources than most clubs. Sold key players like Anelka and Nolan without reinvesting in the squad. All that added to the fact he wasn't popular. Hope they get a taste of their own medicine and suffer with a new manager. Megson should take the Preston job and get them up, plenty of experience which will see them go up.
  2. Would rather leave it till the summer or get Killgallon in but not sell Colo. Aye same but if Ashley gets Killgallon in January and someone offers hard cash for Colo then I reckon he will take it, we will still have a replacement. Personally I wouldn't let anyone bar Nicky Butt leave in January. Get promoted, make changes in the summer, don't fook up our promotion because then everyone will be leaving and we will be stuck in this league of shite for a long time.
  3. I'd take 5 million or so, get in Killgallon for very little and use the other money to loan someone or buy a young player.. Bu then again, we have an owner who will only take cash in and then do fuck all with it.
  4. Move Guthrie inside possibly, Taylor on the right to swing a few in. Ameobi up front with Nolan lurking behind him.
  5. Shocking day for betting, Swansea cost me €50 off €2.5. Had Blackpool and Coventry in an accy with them..Grr...
  6. €5 acc on Wolves, Stoke and Villa. Return = €2700.
  7. I suppose the problem with sacking him now is whether a replacement will do much better? The team itself is the problem, not enough quality, maybe no manager could do a lot better. If they appoint somebody else and don't qualify, they are doubley done..
  8. Villa & Chelsea double. 25 returns 50.80.
  9. Snooker - Selby is a good shout to beat Ronnie tommorrow. If he gets a lead, O'Sullivan will lose the plot as usual plus Selby is a good break builder...
  10. Aye same, put half a million on it, you can back it up Niel yeah?
  11. Have €5 on Forest.. Returns €15.5
  12. Over 2.5 goals in Boro v Blackpool and West Brom v Cardif.. €7 returns €25
  13. 77 on Newcastle and Man United returns 177. (euro)
  14. http://www.jeu-de-main.com/ This is brilliant.
  15. That aticle couldn't have more flaws really, I know hindsight is a great thing, and I did think they would be doing better than they are, but seriosuly tipping them for promotion in their first year was never likely with Newcastle, West Brom, Boro in the league.
  16. For me it's the fact that there's no longer a flight home from Newcastle to Dublin on a Saturday night, which makes it very hard and more expensive to see a game. I used to get over to a few and now I can't really. I'd still be going even though we're in this poxy league!
  17. " I wanna go home..." - You may go home you fuc*ing wa**er..... "This is the worst trip I've ever been on" - Long may it continue.
  18. Did Man United (draw no bet) @ €50 *1.72 odds, returns 86 I think..
  19. Swap Taylor and Simpson, Simpson is too small to play centre half considering Taylor is fit. i think that's ryan taylor, mate. Haha, Didn't even look at the team sheet, just assumed...
  20. Swap Taylor and Simpson, Simpson is too small to play centre half considering Taylor is fit.
  21. Back to winning ways after alot of losses.
  22. Treble: Sunderland or draw. Stoke (draw no bet) Arsenal 10 returns 32.
  23. Have a 5-fold on. Peterboro (draw no bet) West Brom Preston Shef Wed (draw no bet) Newcastle Barca. €30 returns €345.41 with Boylesports.
