  1. I'm just messing man Of course you can disagree with him. Let's see what happens.
  2. Not really backing him 100% though really is it. Give him 99% then you have a bit of wriggle room.
  3. Spot on, and if we don't beat Norwich, Eddie can jot down the under performing players and remind himself in the summer.
  4. Bruno Longstaff Murphy Willock Joelinton ASM Is my guess, based on Howe's recent substitutions.
  5. To be fair Neil, you are sound and I'm sure you are more representative of your club than the dickheads who I seem to come across. I want Everton to go down because of this daft relationship with Sunderland and the online abuse our fans seem to trade. If I was to remove emotion out of it, it would be sad to see such a historic club drop but I don't particularly remember much sympathy coming our way. Has Moshiri completely fucked Everton or is it a combination of things?

I'm actually asking you to provide a plausible transfer option. Also, put Trent in a side that's asked to defend for 60% of the game and he will make mistakes.
  7. Watching a Bruce side is like watching a horror movie with your hands over your eyes but with your fingers parted. You desperately don't want to see the shocking violence about to occur but you also don't want to miss it. You know what's worst, very soon this cunts going to have a heart attack because he looks after his with the same care as he does his football team and the footballing world is going to mourn the loss of a legend. BTW, we do realise the reason he's so pally with the media is because when he was Man Utd captain he used to hold legendary house parties for the players? In Bruce's world everything is pally pally moment.
  8. I can absolutely see the likes of Hayden, Ritchie or Dummett playing for Brucey next year. Saying that, they most probably despise the cunt. Didn't Ritchie fall out with him?

I was saying the other day that I'm convinced he's been told not to overlap when ASM is in front of him, in order to allow ASM to hold his position on the left flank without worrying about tracking back. It's an entirely different conversation but it's stunning how much more dangerous we looked down our left with Fraser and Targett, West Ham, Brentford and Southampton games come to mind.

It's like trying to run before we can walk. This is an issue I'd hope to have in 2 years time, when we are playing passing, progressive football.
  11. Better than 1 in 2 for RB Leipzig and has largely played on the wing or as a sub for Chelsea. He'd improve us massively. It won't happen anyway, his wages will rule him out.

Find me a left back who defends like Targett but also gets elite level goals and assists and we can talk. Unless someone comes along and says "X player can do both", it's a pointless conversation. I'd be gutted if we regressed defensively.
  13. I think Bruno might get rested. Miggy has to stay in the team. I'd keep ASM in, as he needs a run of game.

We MUST sign him, even if we want to have a more progressive left back long term. We simply can't afford to let him pass by and take a risk on someone else.
  15. Feel like Phillips would make us even more solid, where as Paqueta would give us some goals from midfield. I think Phillips is the smart/safe choice but I can't lie about being excited about reuniting the Brazil Bros. So buzzing for the summer window.
  16. If you could only have one of Phillips and Paqueta, who do you sign? Really tough one that because they are different positions. I suppose it depends on where you want to play Bruno next year.
  17. Englands no1. Trippiers best mate. North East lad. I'm certain that he would make the move. Whether our fans would welcome him wasn't in consideration.
  18. I never promised you a rose garden.
  19. Im bored, let's have some fun: One realistic signing from every club? Arsenal: Leno Aston Villa: Targett Brentford: Toney Brighton: Bissouma Burnley: Pope Chelsea: Werner Palace: Eze Everton: Pickford Leeds: Phillips Leicester: Tielmans Liverpool: Oxlade-Chamberlain Man City: Ake Man Utd: Henderson Norwich: Aarons Southampton: James Ward Prowse Spurs: Bergwijn Watford: Sarr West Ham: Diop Wolves: Coady
  20. What's Evertons game in hand?
  21. Them getting relegated would be the cherry on the icing of this season.
  22. Would you take Tarkowski on a free, if it meant we could cash in on Lascelles? And none of this would mean we couldn't pursue Botman etc. For me it's a no brainer. He'd be another leader. Another captain. He's had a poor season but we of all clubs should know that it's not the fair judge of a players ability.
  23. If we are reflecting on Howe and his appointment.... I initially wanted him when Bruce was sacked and there was his coaching videos knocking about from his time at Bournemouth. I even sent my mate them saying what a difference it would make having someone like him. However, when we moved on Emery, I was delighted we were going for a big European name and I was gutted when we didn't get him. So much so that getting Howe felt a tad underwhelming. There was always a wonder on whether Howe was just another young English coach bigged up by the media and his success at a smaller club or whether he was a genuine modern day gem. Right now, it feels as though our gamble paid off massively and we have struck gold.
