So then, expected line up is; Harper Kadar Colo Williamson Enrique Smith Nolan Routledge Jonas Loven Ameobi Possibly with Routledge on bench and Guthrie on the right. -
Champion, two new players in tonights squad then. Timely boost i think.
-
Ok but Hodgson was probably one of the biggest reasons behind the development of Smalling.
-
You could argue that he's; being dropped into the best defence in the league, alongside one of the best defenders in the league, against a depleated Palace side... at home.
-
Just adds to how much i rate Hodgson as a manager, makes all the correct decisions. I wonder whether you will see them have a late flurry in the window now. Although i suspect that the deal will be in installments after games and international caps etc.
-
Man Utd paid 10+ for Smalling. They must rate him bloody highly to be forking out that much.
-
Correct, do you know whether he has been training with us over the last couple of days? You would hope that we have gained permission to have the guy training with the squad.

Williamson apparently signing on emergency loan, in order to make tonights game. Does that mean he's almost certain to start? I'd include him in the starting 11, will give the team a boost having a debutant. -

We should concentrate on our own game by keeping and passing the ball, instead of focussing on one player. He's good no doubt about it but we will end up causing ourselves problems. -

I'd rather risk Guthrie at right back. Jonas is our biggest threat. -
Regardless of how he left the club, if Jenas has a glowing reference about the place i'd be looking to sign him in the summer. He would add much needed life to our centre midfield.
-
So there's a possibility that we could be signing Vaughan and Sonko too? All good news.

Really can't predict results with us anymore. We could draw this one in a boring encounter or we could win it 3-0. We must keep our eye on Moses. He's the threat. -
I couldn't remember him playing much either like? I remember him and Johnson being bloody good for Palace though.
-
I think we might sign that Ofere lad, just a hunch.
-
TBF Brummie, Milner was average as fuck for us and now it seems he's turned into a world beater. Palace fans are gutted he's gone and they are in the same league as us. I'm not saying you are not trying to be honest but what i'm saying is that most Newcastle fans think/thought many off this list were shit too; Jenas Parker Owen Bramble (well ok he is) Milner Carr (WTF) All of which have been good or are doing good jobs at their current clubs.
-
McCarthy talking to West Ham. Will be a good signing for them.
-
I can see them getting rid of a high profile defender.
-
Love the way they showed Craig Gardner at an airport, as if he's flying in to Birmingham.
-
Vaughan would be decent. Looks like we have plenty of targets.
-
As someone else mentioned, Hughton will have worked with him at Spurs. Correct?
-
Probably been the best opposition player at St James this season, alongside that Cleverley lad. Really had a cracking individual performance if that's anything to go off.

Harper Coloccini Williamson Kadar Enrique Smith Guthrie Routledge Jonas Pistol Pete Ameobi Please. -
Pompey transfer embargo lifted. They can now sign players, which means they will now probably sell players too. James to stoke, Williamson here.
