when the obrien song started in the gallowgate it seemed alot around me didnt know wtf people were singing. also the luque one is class. should try re doing it replacing hte luque line so we can use it properly

beye has being class all season the other thing i like with beye is he always seems to come over to the fans at full time (with the likes of smith/taylor) look at him today. as soon as full time whistle went he was straight off to the crowd took his top off and handed it to a fan. then stayed with taylor and celebrated with the gallowgate whilst most the other players wandered off into the changing rooms
-
voted beye. was going to vote enrique due to how he has played since keegan came compared to when he couldnt get in the team. (the change in quality) but beye gets it
-
i would rather geremi left than zog. geremi is shocking! zog when on form and "happy" he is unstopable
-
im glad hes doing well now. i wanted him to succeed here as ive always seemed to rated him since he joined. earlier in the season when he wasnt playing or was playing badly and people were on his back all the time i thought he would of being gone by january on loan then shipped out in the summer. now hes one of our best players (form wise) imo and hpefully he has forced himself to be our number one left back for many years to come
-
im sure most of the ground will stay, as said before even if it was just to show respect/support to keegan and what he has managed. also a few of the players have stood out from the rest also so they deserve it aswell
-
i wouldnt be overly bothered how much we spent. it would be nice to spend a fortune but im not bothered if we didnt. if we bought 3-4 players we had not really heard much of but they turned out to be top class players then i would be chuffed i would rather that than spending 15mil on a player who is well known but getting on abit and only here for the money

some parts of the ground had to stop now and then as they were going to fast when singing along lol. the atmosphere today was immense. first time i had sat in the gallowgate in a big game like this and my god it was loud!! only one draw back i have with it/the whole ground is the lack of songs. all we seem to sing is "newcastle newcastle newcastle" " toon toon" "blaydon races" etc. never seem to give new songs a go or old ones that dont get sung no more.
-
i voted 11th. im not sure who spurs have left but i think we could steal 11th spot from them
-
i didnt mean exact age i was trying to say older "more experienced" "world class" (media labled" players we always try to sign

felt a bit strange walking out of the turnstile knowing we had won, seeing everyone walking down the city singing and being happy. was weird but i fucking loved it

in all honesty bartons slowly getting better, the fulham game was his best so far for us. i think hes the one most benefiting from keegans style of play. we are more attacking minded and its working spot on for him he is being more included as the ball aint being hoofed from defence to forwards and with more games under the belt hes starting to look the player we tried to buy. on another key i noticed at the fulham game how shit the milburn stand is!! needs knocking down... would make it better. maybe replace it with a multi storey libary... same kind of atmosphere
-
if he can save spending alot of money, but buying very good players at the same time. with maybe one or two "trophey" signings but decent ones not has bins then im all for it. just aslong as he gets out the dead wood and the useless ones who play most weekends. and replaces them with younger decent talent. enough to get us pushing for top 6 by xmas...he could always buy a few more then to push us that little bit further i wouldnt like (personally ide love it but dont want it to happen...) him to go and spend 100mil on 28+ world class players, that has never worked for us. time to go for the good but less known players, seemed to work for man city
-
decent turn out.. shame 80% of the crowd never say a thing. tried singing in the milburn and got looks as if i was insulting peoples wifes or something. was like sitting in a libary. wound me up as i usually sit in leazes level 7 but couldnt get a ticket there and i could here that area and the gallowgate/corner easily due to how quiet the milburn proved to be! complete joke that stand is
