Its how loan deals work in this league. Get them until February, and then extend the deal before the loan deadline ends. i'd much prefer we do short term loans than take players for a whole season, we can have a certain amount of loans so if we find he's crap we can ship him back and get someone new in January, if we find he's really good then we can extend the loan till the end of the season. Simple really!!

Obviously you didn't see the game so you can't know that any of it was Kadar's fault. I've seen him twice, and he looks out of sorts against poor players. Not enough to make any firm judgement, but enough to suggest he isn't quite good enough for the starting Xl Said it all summer that if Kadar gets in the first team it should be as left back, where he's very good, don't think he's got the physical abilty to play as a centre half, especially in the CCC, he may well end up a very good centre half but he's a better left back at the present time. In saying that i have no idea if he was too blame he may have played well and Tozer(who also isn't ready for 1st team action) may have been at fault, he hasn't looked too clever in the games against Whitley and Blyth.

I'm one of Krul's biggest fans, being saying for the 3 years i've watched him in the reserves that we have a potentially great keeper on our hands and was all for Harper being sold and Krul taking over as number 2 behind Shay this time last year. To be fair tonight it wasn't a normal Krul performance and he rarely comes and flaps at crosses the way he did a couple times today, normal so composed and either catches or punches. He is though as he demonstrated tonight that he's an excellent shot stopper and for a keeper is excellent with his "footballing" skills, cool taking backpasses and strikes a great ball, will ping 60 yard goal kicks or clearances straight to a man, oh and he takes a mean penalty as well. In saying all that and for how well he played today providing Harper has no long term effects from his concussion he doesn't deserve to be dropped as a result of Shola kickin him in the head. He does now know that he's going to have to be on top top form to keep his place in the team or Krul will take his place and more than likely keep it.

We have a 46 game season to play plus cup games, a woefully think squad, when the transfer window shuts at the end of the month EVERY single player left at the club will have a big part to play, when the season gets going we play Saturday/Sunday Tuesday/Wednesday Saturday/Sunday, don't think any player will play every game. Guthrie might have to wait a while before he gets a chance but he'll play his part.

Not sure about Forster and Soderberg, Alnwick is highly rated and England international for whatever age he is now, U17,U18? but nowhere near the first team, doubt he's even close to the reserves, Max Johnson is probably ahead of him.
