Murphy prefers to play RM so it'll be interesting to see what happens with him and Ritchie. Can see Ritchie and De Jong divvying up the no.10 role between themselves depending on fitness to be honest. I don't know how effective Ritchie is going to be on the wing in the prem. Did reasonably well on the Wing for Bournemouth in the Prem. Obviously not as good as in the Championship but from what I remember was still one of Bournemouths better players than season.

I think it's too soon to say he is a very good manager, as his success has all been at one club, but his success at Ajax, domestically at least, was quite notable. Obviously Inter was a flop but from everything I've heard there were a number of circumstances around that which made it a tough job. I think it's still to be seen exactly how good he is.
