Turned out to be a brilliant signing tbh. Turning £0 into £15million in a few months is pretty sensational business. Well done all involved tbh. Guess we'll never know how good he was. Had one bad game but as far as fourth choice CBs go I think he was probably alright enough.

We're still well in the driving seat for Europe too. There'll probably still be plenty of rotation in the part of the table we're in before the end. Chelsea hit a bit of a wall recently too (one win in seven). These things are bound to happen in a competitive league where we've had our coat tails yanked back by the rules.

Happy to lazily just point at PSR again tbh. The investment we've done so far has got us so far but the inability to keep going really undermines the progress made.
