Can only be good news. He's slowly but surely developing into a very good player. As it says in the article though, he really needs to get some goals. And once he irons out the pitiful crosses that occur two/three times in a match - he'll be cracking. Will be a major player for us come next season.

I would like to see us get a keeper on the major cheap in the summer, so that Harper can go and be a number 1 somewhere. Surely it would make as much sense to just keep Pav on in that case and bump Krul to 2nd choice? You mean the 39-year-old (will be 40 next season) who was lumped out of the Premiership years ago and hasn't played a competetive match in ages...? Hmm - it's an option i suppose.

If we were going to pay for another striker, i'd be happy with Crouch because i like him and i think he'd work well with Martins. But he does suit the long-ball game, which is my only worry.

I'd like him to come back to England, no doubt - one of my all- time favourite players. But Bolton? Yak.
