No chance Wednesday turn this around like, they look aaaaaaawful
-
Don't think they had much choice. If your options are have Haaland for two years and then make a decent profit on him or don't sign him at all it's pretty easy.
-
If we were to sign Pickford, we'd instantly lose a couple of goals scored thanks to him shitting his pants every time he plays against us, especially at SJP
-
He's just Swedish mate, she's like a 6 over here
-
I assume the women's team didn't play at SJP once under Ashley?
-
Anyone think football would improve if goal difference came after goals scored instead of the other way around when it comes to separating teams on the same amounts of points? While GD certainly feels fairer (and probably my preference), it's hard to argue that teams wouldn't be going for it more if it came down to goals scored rather than GD.

Everything but score

That Gordon is a right little diving prick

You always have a "right" to go for the ball. You can't miss it and plant your studs on an opponents knees though.
-
He was booked for it.

I'm sure they will make sure the 'Top 6' get all the protection they need.
-
Done a Quick predictor and we can still go down, at last on goal difference. Worrying.
-
Is that us mathematically safe? Bet365 not offering odds on us going down, whereas Brighton are at 2500 to 1. I know Burnley can get the points to catch us, but it could be at the expense of other teams losing making us safe?

Don't think I've ever such a stark difference in players from one manager to another. These players all looked like absolute shite under Bruce, and now they all look like decent PL players. Even someone like Krafth, who I've long have said is one of the most pathetic excuses for a full back, is putting in very good performances. Really shows just how important it is to get a good manager and backroom staff. It's probably more important now than it's ever been before in football, with getting the right personality for the right players as well. In the Wenger/Ferguson era, the managers word would have been law, don't quite think you can get away with that anymore.
