  1. My fucking manager His comments after the game were spot on always, refusing to use the injuries or fatigue as an excuse, because that would give us a reason to not better ourselves. Love him so fucking much
  2. Another one goal win for Man Utd then. So fucking sick of them, glad we've showed them twice this season what football can be.
  3. Arsenal loves surrounding the ref.

Havent listened to the ramble in years, but thought it was always pretty obvious that he was just there to be the affable idiot that didn't know owt about football. Actually think the takeover was the final straw for me, had pretty much stopped listening to it before that and then was hoping for some decent discussion of it but it sounded like a group of mackems had got together when they talked about it IIRC.

Kind of feel that if you blast the ball on your own arm, it's on you and should be penalised Not saying the ref made a mistake there, but that was so much worse from Dalot than Livramento against PSG

    Nick Pope

Dubravka is probably in the top 5 best second goal keepers in the league. Whether that's enough is another matter completely

My "favourite" bit of officiating yesterday is how PSG surrounded the ref after each of the "controversial" decisions, and each time the ref decided to book one of cry babies. Obviously, by some miracle, every time it happened to be someone who wasn't already on a yellow card. Best one was obviously when he felt he had to stop the game to let PSG surround him extra much when we were in possession.

As for anyone saying "its not VARs fault, it's the people using it". Yeah, great way of improving incompetence by adding even more incompetent people and just let them have a go VAR hasn't improved a single thing, but it has ruined an awful lot. The one thing it was brought in to do was to correct 'clear and obvious errors'. Most of us thought that meant when some cunt dived in the penalty area and a penalty was given, or when something happened off the ball. I really don't believe anyone thought that when they introduced VAR that checking arm pit hairs for off sides and literally any ball bouncing awkwardly in the penalty area for hand ball was the point But yeah, thanks to people wanting 'correct decisions', here we now are when defenders will be asked to chop their arms off, goals can't be celebrated and fans in the stands are sat waiting minutes for a decision they might not even know why its being checked
  9. When was the last time a pot four team took 4 (never mind 6) points off the top seed in the CL?

Sweden still hasn't got it, and hopefully wont for a long long fucking time I really can't wrap my head around how any fan can be in favour of VAR. It's without a doubt the worst thing to have happened to the game, at least since Abramovic came in at Chelsea.

Incredibly harsh second yellow for James today like, but since it was against Chelsea I'll let it slip
  12. They will still beat Everton by 1 goal after having been shite all game on Sunday
  13. How was even this latest rule change allowed to be voted on? Like, we're a month and a bit away from the transfer window opening, and this rule was very clearly voted on to stop us with it just being a temporary ban, so what can and can't the PL clubs vote to stop/enforce? I wouldn't necessarily even be against this loan rule becoming a thing, but this would have set a pretty dangerous precedent if by just a vote, one club could be stopped from executing their plans in the middle of the season. Surely you set the rules for the season and if they needs changing you enforce that for next season.
  14. Oh how sad I would be if Liverpool fucked off to the Championship
  15. Argies not doing much better mind
  16. When is the draw for the actual tournament?
  17. Was it Given that was great at 1 on 1s? Definitely remember we had a keeper that was great at them, could have been Krul as well I guess. My memory is terrible with these things

    England

Novel thought, but maybe Southgate could have picked some players that wanted to be there?
