Wigan, Wolves, Blackburn/West Ham.

If he actually any good in the air or does he have a case of the Nikola Zigic's? Going off the four minute youtube footage I've seen of him, he may be decent but he may be crap. Basically, I know nowt about him. He looks quick and strong though, with decent technique with the ball at his feet. He's only 20 years old as well.

Would be hilarious to have that Traore kid and Carroll up front, teams are struggling to cope with Carroll, how the hell are they going to cope with two Carrolls?
-
Funny as fuck when he lost his balance after that run, it looked so pathetic

Did very well today again MOTM for me.

Quite a few said before the game that it was a weird one to be televised, as it had every chance of being an awful game, seems like they were right. Thought we were dire, but Wigan was just so much worse, that we didn't have to do anything. A great win non the less, we desperately needed those three points and to climb above a few teams to give us some breathing space.

Wigan are fucking atrocious! I don't even think we're playing well, but we are still so far on top we really should have this sewn up already.

Chelsea -1.5 and Barcelona -2.5

That's brilliant KSH

What a load of insane rubbish. Putting it mildly. I didn't even read it because I knew it would be Can take a guess, James long post = inane ramblings, looking far too much into things and making up a load of nonsense to try and make it look deep and intellectual. Did you really not read it? Because you are 100% spot on

Fucking hell I blame Sewelly for his video.

Just watched it, can't really see much from the video, but looking at the pictures, fucking hell. Schmeichel is pretty fucking upset by it all as well (what a save from the header though, Krul esque).

Absolutely not. There's one spot on our midfield that is (or should be) up for grabs, and that is LW, and I can't see Gosling taking it. He is still only 20 years old though, and we haven't signed him for this season. which two players are certs for centre mid ? Nolan and Tiote. nolan a cert . i'd like to think not. His goals from midfield and leadership qualities makes him undroppable (at the moment) for me. His general play is also very underrated IMO, he does a lot more than he's given credit for.

There's no way he'd sign for anyone else. He f***ing went on strike to come here man, and after the reception he's gotten, there's no doubt in my mind that he wants to stay and return the favour. f***ing brilliant piece of business if we get this lad for £5m. In all honesty, it would be cracking business to get him for twice that. Over the f***ing moon if this comes off. Is this a real bargain? I remember that when we signed him everybody (even here) was pretty cautious, cause he's talented but also completely moody, and the few games he could play for us proved it. Now, he got a broken leg, we sign him BEFORE he fully recovers and he suddenly becomes a bargain? Of course for 5m I would sign him as well, but I think it's way too soon to celebrate anyway... Fair comment. Not a "fair comment" at all. The lad is incredibly talented, and he's already shown that he's good enough at Champions League level with OM. Had it not been for the circumstances, he would be worth at the very least £10m, probably as much as £15m. We're taking advantage of a stellar opportunity to sign a player that is, quite frankly, too good for us to sign where we are at the moment. You can quote me on this, the broken leg will not have a big enough long term impact on him that he won't be worth well over the reported £5m that we are paying for him.

His injury still angers me immensely. We've been robbed of six months of the season tbh.

Today was a truly awful, and quite frankly, embarrassing result for them. Let's hope they can keep it up

What the fuck has happened to Chelsea? They looked unstoppable the first few games of the season, and now they've just crumbled. Not a win in 6 before this, isn't it? Shocking tbh.
