Isn't Joe Lewis super mega rich?

Wow Ranger really has a habit of missing chances..

He was linked in the Swedish press or something a few days ago iirc. He's incredibly bad. Probably going to go on and get us 200 goals just because I say this, but I can't see us going for him.

I think buying Beevers and Vaughan in addition to Williamson would be enough to cover this spring. Both woud be OK buys long term too since they're young and will be eager to prove themselves at a higher level, in contrast to Harewood etc.

I think this squad is more than capable of surviving in the Premiership if we add a striker and something to back up the defence. The problem is no one wants to "just survive". Enrique, Colo, Taylor, Jonas, Guthrie and one or two more are players that can get us a top half finish, but the rest of the squad will never do better. We've seen Shola, Smith, Nolan, Ryan Taylor etc. play football that is Stoke-ish for some time. They produce goods if they outmuscle(Nolan, Smith, Shola) opposition but can't edge out intelligent players, which is something you have to do if you want a chance of finishing in the top half of the Premiership.

Got 116 out of the 200, pretty good but forgot Scholes and Dublin. Got Hamilton Ricard, Rob Earle and Marcus Stewart in the last 5 seconds...

Jenas developed quite a lot I think. Otherwise Solano and Enrique, although Enrique needs to show these performances in the Prem.

I don't think Magath or Jol has the reputation their achievements deserve - in other words: they're underrated. Aren't they?

Felix Magath Martin Jol Number one has to be Roy Hodgson, he's doing unbelievably well at Fulham. And he speaks Swedish.

Emir Bajrami would be a very good signing, interesting winger with a lot of ability. I think he's on his way to Sporting Lisbon though. Otherwise I don't see the point in going for that many players in January. We'll probably go up with the current squad and we'll be better off waiting to sign anyone until we're in the Premiership again.

Didn't he get something like 17 assists in his first Premiership season? Legend for me. In some of the games with that midfield Robert-Speed-Dyer-Solano we looked unbeatable.

From us I think Kevin Nolan is most probable to go in to management. Steven Taylor will probably have a go and fail immensly. Marcus Allbäck is going to be Erik Hamréns assistant now that Lagerbäck has left Sweden, him and Henrik Larsson will make good managers, especially Larsson. Loads of knowledge and intelligence coped with self-confidence and authority.
