  1. "No plans to replace" him according to tomorrows Echo.
  2. Duffy is one of the best around, often manages to put feelings into words without losing his dignity or making things too complicated.
  3. Isn't Koeman shit? Remember his spell at Valencia where the players reportedly decided to play "their own way" in order to win Copa del Rey and not let him ruin their chances of winning the title.
  4. We're going into some sort apocalypse sooner rather than later. It's just a matter of when. Then Ashley sells up and we bounce back.
  5. It's such a symbolic clash as well. The player who still talks about winning Ballon d'Or, said we could win the league last season and always looks to dribble past everyone and score the perfect goal - against the defeatist wankers who aim for eight. Howay Hatem.
  6. Complete tradegy. Devastating. RIP.
  7. Think we might have missed the boat when he tried to sell us for like £50 but Barry Moat only had £4.
  8. Pfft. Red Bull. I'd not give a fuck. When they bursted into Salzburg they immediately re-wrote the club's history and claimed that the club formed in 2005. Had to be stopped by the Austrian FA. I hate what we're becoming under Ashley and Sports Direct, in no way would another commercializing scenario make me feel any better. We need someone with a footballing interest and ambition that is regardless of any other interests.
  9. Apparently we'll sign certain players IF we finish in the top 10 as well. Ashley logic isn't football logic.
  10. Again he's talking as if something "changed" after the Palace win. I've never, ever hated anyone this much before.
  11. Can't wait to actually support us during games again.
  12. Of course wishing Pardew on people for life is taking things too far. What I was trying to say is that the provocative element in people who went overboard in their accusations all the way through last season, painting those who wanted Pardew out as part of the problem, is significant. There are many who were very vocal - of course not here, the mothership of Pardew hatred - in their argument that wanting him out was a knee-jerk opinion. They pointed to his ONE successfull season in the Premiership, talked about "stability", faulted the players rather than him (whose ability were decreasing alarmingly fast), refusing to see why he was at the club, bought his endless f***ing bullshit and excuses, talked about Europa League as a big problem and celebrated the fact that we stayed up. Who defends a manager that starts Shola Ameobi at right-wing? They all go under the same banner as f***ing @nufcfans.
  13. It's not about that specifically though, it's more about being snooty and lauding everyone whilst being exactly wrong for like 2 years. Not that I'm arsed like, it's petty, but when you see the same people continue to think that they're right in such a patronising way, it's canny hard to hold your tongue. This is it for me. Anyone that held the pardew out belief was usually patronised or laughed at as "hysterical". Now obvs people are turning round it's hard not to be annoyed about it IMO This is what I meant.
  14. Sorry, but what are you on about? As one of the first along with Mick (from what I remember and HTT I think) I don't care if people saw sense then or now, the important part is that everyone is turning against this complete and utter fraud. Knew this wouldn't go down well Probably because of what I encountered from most Swedish fans. Had to defend my opinion on Pardew way too much. This is some sort of personal revenge. I take it you stay away from the Swedish forums? Being ridiculed for an opinion that most people would come to accept 12 months later. I feel they deserve Pardew
  15. They deserve to go with him to his next club.
  16. This is self-righteous, but I still feel some people don't "deserve" to want Pardew Out. Those of us who've argued it since ~Reading were urging proactivity as we could see this unfold at any given time due to his unmistakeable shitness. I was given an incredible amount of shit from other Swedish fans for my "negativity". Not seeing it then but turning around now, for the exact same reasons, is provoking.
  17. If Rob Elliot becomes our 1st choice GK, it's jobs for the boys all the way. Ashley's mate Llambias hires his mate Pardew who hires his mate Woodman who brings in his mate Rob Elliot. Fucking hell.
  18. Inevitable. One of the few players I've come to really like.
  19. Talking about the head-butting incident as a "reason for Ashley to sack him". This man seemingly needs no reason to do whatever he wants. He'll sack Pardew when he feels appropriate. I'd guess one thing that might prompt it happening is the fact that his "investments" are reducing in value under him for the better part of 18 months now. He'll be struggling to run the club with a self-financing model if selling players becomes bad business. Nobody apart from Krul and perhaps someone else will be sold for any significant money now.
  20. Haven't we only won once from a losing position in his whole time here in the league? Stoke at home? Do I just have the blinkers on? Nah, we won 3-2 at home to Chelsea last season despite being down 1-2. And 2-1 at QPR after Rémy scored a pen.
  21. It'll be some ultra-defensive shit on show. Krul Taylor Coloccini Williamson Debuchy Anita Tioté Gosling Dummett Shola Rémy
  22. Never turning a half-time loss into a win, I think. We didn't score for a corner for something like 350 corners. He's played Shola at right-mid.
