  1. I think "affordable football" is his masterstroke. 1. It's made the quality of football less important, as the whole match-going experience isn't as costly as other clubs. It keeps people going for "a day out" rather than to support their team. It might help explain the subdued feeling around the stadium that many are now talking about. 2. It's a self-inflicted counter-argument as to why we can't invest. "We could charge you more and sign players - but you want low prices and we're good guys so we won't compromise". Said this numerous times now, I think he's successfully removed the competitive agenda and edge from the club, it's not part of the core offering that is Newcastle United. Winning isn't important, the product is cheap but wears the Premier League brand.
  2. Would be hilarious if they went for Rodgers.
  3. I think this 3-5-2 bullshit is a sign he's cracking. It's not even a hint of sober thinking in there anymore. He's just desperately trying for some sort of miracle.
  4. Fucking tired of celebrating opposition goals already. Slight chance he'll get the boot now. Don't see why though.
  5. 2 million and a sports direct mug, if that fails try again on the last day of the window. We won't be held to ransom or pay over the odds. http://i.imgur.com/D2WBRjR.png
  6. How does these people exist? Surely employed by the dickhead himself.
  7. Ignoring the endless wankfest that will unfortunately occur the moment they win it, it's a win for football. Same goes for Everton if they finish fourth. Tactical innovation and technical players given freedom. No galactico's, no manager's being brought in for ridiculous money. Just as Dortmund and Atletico Madrid have proved in the past two years, it shows plenty of other clubs and fans around Europe that the monopoly can be broken and that football still isn't only decided by those in possession of most money. Not yet.
  8. Wait until we hear what they say about our substantial bid.
  9. Is it only me, or do people on here feel strange about the opinions many of us on here have been arguing for the past 12 months are hitting home NOW? (his philosophy and negativity being the main reasons for last season, technical and dynamic players being Pardewed etc.) It's been incredibly obvious for more than a year. I know many on here were done with him after Reading at SJP. He lost me for good by the derby. His ideas and true footballing mentality has been painfully transparent even when we've had good spells. He always reverts to it. How f***ing hard is it to see? They needed banners at Stoke to admit to this?
  10. Get in. One of the few times she's done something good.
  11. Aye, he's the only player that can muster something to save him. Hope he'll nutmeg all of Swansea but turn around in front of goal and smack it up Pardew's face instead.
  12. Of course I'm beyond objectivity, I've seen enough of the fraud to know he's a s*** manager who is out of his depth and should be out of his job. You seem happy enough to go along with the piece of s*** so enjoy getting p*ssed on while he's still here, which will hopefully not be for much longer. I've said his time is up. He should be gone. Just because I'm not willing to lump him in with Pinochet makes me some sort of sympathizer, apparently. And that cannot be tolerate around these parts. He's a football manager. Not good enough for us, but not the worst we've had in the last 10 years either. Souness was worse at what he did, Pardew's a infinitely bigger cunt and plays a concious and active role in the deliberate destruction of our club.
  13. Tbh it's very believable and very tragic that our own players are up Pardew's arse. Elliot and Woodman are both Pardew's mates from Charlton. They'd not be at the club if it weren't for him. Jobs for the boys.
  14. Can't get over that report. What a fucking hero this guy is.
  15. Fucking frightening. He'd never be at this level if it wasn't for Pardew. Same goes for Woodman. Jobs for the boy's boys.
  16. Certainly. It's fine for them, as they get picked. It's absolutely mental that a player has actually identified the faults with a manager that we've been discussing on here for ages. The player who's been victimised by those exact failings more than anybody else. What a fucking hero he is. Hatem for manager.
  17. I don't buy the fact that people still sticking up for him are actually supporters of this club.
  18. Go on. Finally some balls. This forum has argued his shitness for 15 fucking months. Waited long enough. About time.
  19. Not many friends left then. Fucking hell he's horrible.
  20. Those going: give him hell today.
  21. I'm actually just pretending to support Newcastle. Got all of you.
  22. I've got it if anyone wants it. Won't post in the thread though.
