FFS this man's career is a gigantic pisstake. 5 goals in 75 games -> World Cup.
-
Townsend as in the left-footed player who always cuts in and shoots with his left and hits the first defender but scored in the few games where people hadn't seen through him yet? I'd say no.

Ashley is a heartless, calculating and somewhat paranoid bastard, but I think he's smart enough to see that Pardew is causing more damage to his investments and brands than he does good. I think Pardew might go.

Protests Section - Chronicle run with front-page spread of #pardewprotest

It's so ill-informed and lazy I want to vomit, and they're still the ones influencing the wider audience, not this place or nufc.com or True Faith. It doesn't take a lot of thinking or reading to catch up on the situation. The same with much of sports journalism, ex-players are generally fucking idiots without any analytical skill or interest. I listened to one expert over here the other day who tried to explain why Moyes wasn't successfull at Manchester United. Apparently "Sir Alex became obsessed with trying to replicate Barcelona's tiki-taka and therefore his team forgot how to defend, Moyes is now suffering the consequences." -
What the fuck? He thought he'd get away with it?
-
Fucking hell he's been Pardewed in the head.
-
He's saying he lost six games because of his shitness but was proven right because we fluked a win against the world's worst team.
-
Colo in a not-shit-team is a big asset. He's spiralled in all the shitness like most of our players.

Think this forum has an intellectual capacity and an amount of knowledge to go with excellent literary ability. A set of features you won't find in any other NUFC context. Discussions, insights, reasonings and conclusions on here are not to be found anywhere else because of the diversity of the posters and their (our) intense, sometimes worryingly deep, affection for Newcastle. I feel that most of what is said on here goes missing for the wider audience, I mean, this forum has been forecasting and advocating the Pardew apocalypse for the best part of two years. If you look at the arguments and evidence leading us to those conclusions, many would struggle to think otherwise for so long. I think True Faith has been having a very good year in deepening and really engaging with certain subjects. But this board still has something else to it. I don't know if articles or a monthly fanzine would be the right thing, people are fucking overstacked on long texts about their club. There are so many blogs and columns and whatnot. And don't even start me on podcasts. However, rounding up some of the subjects every month and compile some sort of magazine/report or whatever it would be, could appeal to people.

Looking forward to this game more than any other this season because of the message we'll send. -
Yes it did. Did Debuchy give thumbs up to Strawberry corner during Pardew Out chants?

"Try and get up to the sishfishsfoff if we can".

Would be awesome if he is in with the fans at Anfield as well.

Hatem raising his cult status everyday now. -
Feels strange, him moving closer towards the sack and the opinion/tide turning has me buzzing more than during any other period this season. The press have helped. His Stoke press conference was a fucking car crash.

Celebrating Bony's goal against us was something I never imagined doing. The most emotion I've felt for months, because another fucking team scored against us. I miss being nervous, I miss hoping for us to score. In essence I miss supporting my team. Saturday has to be another push towards the edge.
-
Don't know why he does it to himself. The longer it drags on, the more people will hate him with increasing passion. Just leave.

One of the most heartbreaking interviews I've ever read. Everything I stand for and hope for and ask for as a Newcastle supporter summarized by our most gifted player, the fucking hero that he is, in an interview designed to illustrate the meaning of football in contrast to our pointless shit approach, Hatem Ben Arfa just reached another level. What a hero.

Been saying this for a long time. I'd love to see him have a go.
