Hart Johnson Cahill Jagielka Baines Gerrard Henderson Wilshere Lallana Sturridge Rooney The front three interchangable and flexible.

That's what I would do. The more Liverpool the better. They'll be asked to play very differently under Hodgson.
-
Rooney/Sturridge/Lallana/Sterling/Oxlade has shitloads of potential if given freedom. Don't expect Hodgson to capitalise on it though.

If you care about the club - don't attend the Swansea game

I'm not from the area nor do I live there, so correct me if you think I'm wrong. I get the sense that the key to get any sort of movement going is to get the media on-board. The wider public are still influenced by them to a larger degree than us, it seems. It's only now that they're asking questions regarding Pardew's ability that the broad opinion is turning. If The Chronicle, Journal etc. all encouraged some sort of protest, boycott or stand-out, I'm sure it would acquire much more substance than if it is the irrational and sometimes uncoordinated groups (MAOC etc.). I starting to really miss Newcastle United. I've dedicated more time, heart and energy to this club than anything else in life. I don't know why, it just turned out that way. I was going to school in my Newcastle top when I was 8. I have barely missed a game since I was 13, I'm now 26. I've sat in front of every shitty stream, bought every overly-expensive cable package, read every feed and downloaded every summary of every game. Read every match-report and as time went on, written about every little occurance at the club. I've been to home games and away games in the Premier League and in the Championship. But as things stand, I cannot see myself even watching next season. There's no point whatsoever, like many others I don't celebrate goals nor do I feel sorry when we ship them anymore. Watching this imitation of the club is cause of too much pain. Yesterday's statement was another confirmation of the death of the club I knew. We need it back. -
I can't take any more. Again: why the fuck is this happening?
-
It's one of the biggest insluts to our intellectual capacity that the Ashley regime has produced.
-
All about reducing the price on football. It's not about winning anymore, it's about getting the quantities of customers to get to SJP and watch whatever is served up. I want to fucking vomit. The club is fucking dead.
-
Appalling statement on so many levels. Aye, you keep doing what you're doing. It's nice not to feel disappointed and frustrated as things stand.
-
This is the thing. This should never be forgotten. Not playing two of the best players in the world at the time. Honestly man, who the f*** does he think he is? Alan Pardew. And as we all know, that equals winning mentality.
-
Santon might be bottling it like the rest of them, but there's at least some indication of heart in him. He seems to care about the fans.
-
This part of the Pardew horror movie manuscript is the most bizarre of them all. Less comprehendable than all the lies, long-balls and five million Williamson-far-post attempts. It's pure and utter insanity how he's handling Ben Arfa. It's as if Hatem reminds him of football, which scares him.
-
Ashley knows he'll have one hell of a task in finding someone other than Pardew that would put up with his shit for no pay and still be able to keep us in the Premiership. That's why I think Pardew will stay.
-
The day he goes I'll cry for hours. Haven't hated that many things in life but this is reaching a level I wasn't aware of. That feeling will be up there. On that note. Imagine dying while Pardew is still the manager of the club...
-
Fucking hell, the glimmer of hope that he would go is fading equally as quick after each game. Now there's just another week of pure dread until we produce another nothingness show. The state of this club when this guy is still in a job. Why is this happening?
-
Aye, sorry AS - tis a play on one of his many RTG nicknames, I'll refrain from now on No harm done you anti-semitic f***. Jewish or not, you're clearly a bit daft. Good post.
-
But he has been Pardewed, he said on the radio that he's been asked to change his game and defend more. In Pardew's insane fucking mind he's playing as a number 10 for us. His ideas of the number 10 role is fucking absurd. First it was Moussa Sissoko (who was a modern number 10), he then wanted Darren Bent to be our number 10. He needs medication.

We don't have the Manchester United Pull though. We aren't going to attract that many tourists fans are we? You'd have to be insane to start following us now if you're not from here. Probably not the best example, but there will be plenty of people willing to go if the tickets are cheap and they can take their bairn. I know exactly you're talking about. More casual fans, who'll buy food and drink in the ground, happy just to be at the match and not caring too much for what is happening on the pitch. I've said this before: he's putting a sale sign on football as a product, alienating the competitive aspect in the process. He's turning Newcastle United into something you can "do" on the cheap. The quality, much like the products at Sports Direct, isn't really important. It's just cheap. -

I think the turning against Pardew, which seems to finally be spreading among most fans, could be a game changer. Most members on this forum could foresee what would eventually unfold with him in charge, we've advocated for him to go for more than a year with the same arguments, same prophecy and same complaints. Those who have retained some sort of belief in him have not had any reason to react until now that consequences are showing for real. It's also a very clear symptom of the Ashley regime that he isn't sacked as results are secondary with us under no threat. That could prompt some sort of reaction. -
Needs to go out on loan.

"Lacked cutting edge"

Who would you replace Shitjew with?
-
We're a manager and 3-4 players away from challenging from top four. Instead, we'll deconstruct the squad and drift further away from any sort of challenge while handicapping our younger players with shit management, shit footballing philosophy and reluctance to develop good footballers in favour of physically superior work-horses.
