  1. Jol at Newcastle would be brilliant. Love story no doubt.

    Alan Pardew

This is the one point that will bury him in the long run. There is a distinct conflict of interest between the type of player we are scouting/employing and the type of player that suits Pardews desire to play the game. Ashley has a blueprint of players he wants to buy, these players are not suited to the game Pardew plays (jumpers) and this (let the straw clutching begin) could be the boiling point in their relationship. Not only that (which is painfully obvious with the scouting/deployment of Vurnon Anita). There's also a quite obvious discrepancy in what we need and what we buy at times. Just look at his comments about Remy/Sissoko with regards to what was done in January. He complains about the lack of goals because we didn't sign Remy. What we needed was goals after Ba left. At any other club, the obvious way to go would after missing out on Remy, would be to try for another striker rather than going for Sissoko instead, mainly because he was a "good deal" at the time. He's aiming indirect critisism at the way the club does business - cause we will never go for a play that we need over one that represents a good financial deal.

He's not employed on sporting merits. I doubt he's going to get sacked because of them unles Mike's investment is under threat.
  4. I put his name in the box below any way. Me too.
  5. Not until the end in my opinion. He was instrumental in getting us a few results up until the Benfica game. His performance against Chelsea was one of the best we've had this season. However, they way he's let himself, the club and us down towards the end - him blatantly giving up at West Ham sticks out as the lowest of points - is really upsetting. He's not fit for purpose to lead this club and we suffered under his captaincy.

Never. Like Bimpy said, I'll be here complaining until there is a change. We (the fans) the only sane voice of this club now. We can't get sucked into it.

Their reluctance to employ managers for the right reasons will come back to haunt them. In the long run, it will jeopardize Ashley's investment, which is basically what he cares about.
  8. Aye. Him, De Bruyne and Dzeko and they're laughing again next season.
  9. Wouldn't surprise me the slightest.
  10. Who in their right mind did that? Still can't quite believe it.

So, this "announcement" on Talksport tonight. Any chance it's not him coming on the show later in the week?
  12. I don't think that's a bad idea. I'd love for him to face up to reality for once and be put on the spot. His constant rewriting of history and alternative reality has driven me mad for quite a while. The latest comments, trying to boast about draws at West Ham and West Brom - they're so far from what this club should be about. I'd love for him to explain to us why we've hit more long balls than any other team in Europe's top five leagues. I'd love for him to explain to us why - against QPR - we still kept on trying to find Mike Williamson at the far post. Not only from crosses, but f***ing goal kicks as well. I'd love for him to explain to us why Shola Ameobi is being labelled "a massive player for this club" when, in reality, he's a striker who's contributed with ONE goal in the Premier League this season. I'd love for him to explain to us why he approved the signing of Vurnon Anita when he had no idea where or why to use him. Why was it wise to spend £7m on a player who he'd consider to be our 7th choice for central midfield? There are about 200 more questions similar to these. Unfortunately the local press seem reluctant to put them forward. It makes the whole situation even more provoking.
  13. Him and Mapou both seem intent on being successful here. I've really taken to them.

I'm not happy with it. I'm not happy with my small cock but I'm not going to chop the f***er off either. That's your problem tbh

A fully fit Krul & HBA is worth about 10 points a season alone imo. If he's lucky and they stay fit I'd imagine we'll stumble to around 50 points. Plus I reckon Cisse will get an extra half dozen goals. Nothing of Pardew's doing but players alone will get us around the upper mid-table mark. At best, but the football and mentality will be shambles again. We'll continue to scrap away with the odd goal win here and there, defending leads and never entertain for more than five minutes. I'm almost tearing up just imagining another year of this utter fucking garbage. It's such a pointless waste of talent.

This place will become a right nightmare if he stays in charge. Imagine this much anger, frustration and disappointment for another 6 months. Fucking hell...
  18. Yep. Everytime Colo doesn't play we look likely to concede at every opportunity.

In reality, that means stop listening to Carr and scrapping the current recruitment model.

They have to realize there's a difference between a bad season and this horrific f***ing horse s***. Can't stand another summer of his nonsense, let alone starting next season with a well-organised 4-5-1 and Jonas as one of the wingers.

There needs to be some sort of message from those going. Hearing fans chanting his name today made me really worried.
  25. So. What has gone on in recent weeks has been one of the most appalling and provoking state of affairs I've witnessed at this club. We've been put through a period of not only horrible performances and results, but humiliation and some severe damage to the club's reputation. Apart from the inevitable answer here (i.e. Pardew leaving). What needs to happen?
