He's really expecting to be sacked going off those quotes.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS (I hate posts like this but at this moment in time, Pardew being unable to throw him on for Hatem on Sunday makes me full of joy).

His article on Debuchy perhaps being recalled on Sunday. I cried at the end. -
I agree, since the only alternative is basically us. Don't wish that on Hughton at all.

Aye. Just bloody win now that we've practically been saved by others. The sack the fuck out of Pardew. -
I think that's just speculation going off the earlier report that he was "looking to do that in the summer". Doesn't necessarily mean anything.

Sort of changed my mind in the recent days. Don't think he'll be sacked at all. They'll try to sign even more players and get another coach in. They'll point to not making "kneejerk decisions" and having confidence that Pardew can have the team rediscovering their form of 2011/12. Who in their right mind would follow the advice to sign for us now? Who in our team would even recommend the club under him? It's going to be disastrous.

I think neither he nor they are expecting him to make his own mark straight away. It will be about maintaining what Sir Alex has implemented and try to bring that into the future. With Sir Alex in a director role above Moyes, I'm quite sure Moyes is very content with the fact that he's there to learn initially. I think it will pan out well for them. How much confidence do Evertonians (Neil?) put in Kenwright's ability to get the replacement right?

Nice reactions to Chelsea-Spurs last night. Some digs at Shechter here as well... http://blog.thecst.org.uk/?p=4294

That was spot on. The only thing missing was his answer to what needs to happen this summer. He knows. Everybody knows.

Luke Edwards @LukeEdwardsTele 2m If I was a #mufc fan I'd happily swap Rooney for Ronaldo. As an England fan think it would be great for Rooney to play abroad. More should Who the fuck wouldn't swap Rooney for Ronaldo?

Has a point. Lost Modric.

He started off actually pretty well there, but with then when seemingly backing Pardew for another year began to lose it completely. He's a terrible journo really, not sure what the Ronny Gill were thinking when they gave him the job. I don't even see a point in that. What? Give Pardew money in the summer? That hasn't been the problem. Is he so shit scared of the club?

Anyone read Ryder's latest piece? http://www.blogonthetyne.co.uk/2013/05/show-ambition-united---or-face.html?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

I think they will point to the 8 year contract and saying surviving things like this was the whole point of it. It's disastrous for the whole club. It's going to anger so many supporters and it's - again - an indication of the alarming lack of understanding from Ashley and Llambias. I still hold a small hope that Ashley has the sense to intervene and do something here. The players must be fucking livid by now.

It's vital for the whole club that he goes ASAP. He can't stay over the summer. We need our best players to stay to avoid a major rebuilding project that will cost a lot of money. I simply can't see many of them willing to hang around while we have this turd in charge. We're 2-3 players away from a squad good enough to compete for top four, but only with a decent manager in charge. It'll take some work to assemble these players again. Our reputation could well be signifcantly hurt by this shithouse of a period. It has to be associated and go away with Pardew, not Newcastle United.

Didn't say Solksjaer had done more. Just that I see him as a more realistic option. Ex Man Utd player and so knows the club and its culture, one of Ferguson's favourite players (if I recall correctly), has carved out a decent career (in an admittedly lower standard league), is of an age where he is amenable to advice yet still have authority. For me, it seems to tick a lot of boxes. Moyes is Scottish. Has done well in trying circumstances. And...? Doesn't tick enough boxes for me. I just can't see them hand the whole kit and caboodle to an "outsider". They are abundantly aware how important this transition is, and they'll do it their way. In fact, maybe they'll let Phelan run things for a season or two. They're doing brilliant, Molde. http://www.altomfotball.no/element.do?cmd=tournamentTable&tournamentId=1

Martinez could well go to Everton.
-
Predict Moyes to take Fellaini with him to Manchester. Everton to look down the divisions for his replacement to keep to their blueprint. Perhaps Eddie Howe or someone similar from The Championship.

It's an exciting prospect like. Chelsea on the decline and aging. Arsenal being Arsenal. Young exciting Tottenham side. Everton looking to break into top 4 (manager possibly leaving). Man City bitched slapped. Liverpool being mental. Man U losing their manager. Hazard, Lukaku, Moses, Oscar, Ramires, Luiz, Azpilicueta etc says otherwise. Terry, Lampard, Essien, Ivanovich, Torres, Cole, Malouda, Cech, etc etc etc Sadly. Malouda, Essien and Torres aren't really integral to their performances. Terry barely and they want to replace Lampard. I think the age of their squad was a problem last season but not now. Don't understand why they got rid of De Bruyne though.
