Such quick feet, and with a footballing brain too, lovely to watch.
-
More importantly it needs to be the right one.
-
Looks like an old ballbag wearing a disguise.
-
Ghastly. Gave the ball away 3 times in the first 12 minutes. Luckily, no-one watches any of our games so I'm sure he'll be away in January for a decent wedge.

Newcastle 3-3 Burnley - 1/1/15 Post-match reaction from p.42

I'm choosing to believe that Pardew held our average match going supporter in some kind of hypnotic trance and moving on, that's the only way I can deal with it. As long as they start reacting to what they're actually seeing instead of what they're told they're seeing that's fine by me. That second half deserved contempt. -

The way we approached the second half is inexcusable, and it's a continuation of the cunt that just left and his outlook. I'm sick to death of watching us surrender initiative to relegation fodder at SJP because we're 1 goal ahead, we deserved what happened to us. Perez was great, Sissoko did what he does well, Colback looked solid. Tiote was ghastly, absolutely ghastly. What the FUCK is the deal with Adam Armstrong!? Riviere wasn't making any headlines but he was causing them problems by getting into good positions and forcing them back. Armstrong is nowhere near ready to be playing up front for us. -
They're both a set of complete cunts if that helps.

Get in I really wish that it had all been 100% officially confirmed by now but f*** it. Happy new year! All sorted. All loose ends now agreed. AP on way to Villa Park. Will delete shortly. Fucking GET IN (will delete this too)

That midfield, man, my eyes! -
I've already accepted that it's inevitable at some point.

up to him to prove him wrong now. Well, it's up to someone to give him a proper chance, actually. Not fair on the lad that when he performed well in cameos that he was then dropped because he didn't rip up trees when having to defend against Chelsea for 60 minutes in his next game etc. He needs a run of matches to settle, as well as a manager to show confidence in him and his technical ability rather than constantly blithering on about needing English physicality. Pardew still playing the 'Ben Arfa starting up front at Old Trafford' card I see What a total cunt, man.

It's a strange phenomenon, distrust of people from other parts of the country which manifests itself as talking complete shit seems to be something subconscious, which is why seemingly intelligent people fall prey to it too. For example, on the most recent episode of the Football Ramble they were discussing Pardew and Luke Moore (who is intelligent, knows his football and has a keen sense of irony) responded to the facts (Pete read out the table of facts that Happy Face was posting on here, about overall league position, goals scored etc in the time Pardew's been here) by saying 'yeah, I think ultimately though it just comes down to the fact that he's a bit of a knob and you geordies don't like him'. If even he is resorting to it, there's no hope for the likes of Merson. Don't let it wind you up lads, he'll show his true colours at Palace, he'll waste money and Ashley won't be there to bail him out again. It's harder when it comes to our own fans though, makes me feel really isolated from the majority and I don't like it.

Yeah I read that this morning. I simultaneously lived the moment I read that article and whatever I was doing when he signed for us, like a bridge across time. I mean really, who saw that coming?

I think this is it, I think I care about the match again. For the first time in many months I've actually been thinking about the match in advance, I'm conscious of the kick off time and I've made sure I'll be watching it. Feels fucking great! -

So funny seeing him run about as a player, I'd be fucking fuming if he was still here
-
Well that's that settled then!
-
Given the history of Ashley appointments and who we all thought we would get, I'd find it hard to understand anyone being angry that we got McClaren.
-
That guy's talking about McClaren

(please give me a job when I'm chucked out of here)
