Could be that he sees Ba playing the 10 role off the new striker. I hope HBA does come good because Beardsley type players are a joy to watch. I think we were lucky to take 3 points tbh. The amount if chances they had in the first half was frightening. We did better in the second half though. Also the amount of balls we just knocked high into the box wad so frustrating,they won absolutely everything in the air and we just kept doing it. Best was very very average,yes he worked hard but just not good enough imo. Massive three points though and fair play to us for seeing it through under pressure.

Yeah,I noticed that as well. I love that he was warming up for so long though,shows he's eager to play. Did well yesterday when he came on,we needed someone up front who the ball would stick to and he's perfect for that role. His acceleration will come in time.

I wonder if we'll see a bit of Best/HBA up front in the lead up to Christmas? Or if he'll just go with it once Ba's off on his jollies. Pardew's doing a great job but getting HBA fit and into the side and firing is a big test with us playing so well. Gonna be interesting to see how it pans out.

can only comment on what happened in my case but as i said, i bought a half price adult ticket, then realised i could have got student discount so returned to the box office with my season ticket and university card and they gave me the £40 difference back in cash.

Went back into the box office to ask if I could get the student discount on my half price season ticket,they refunded me the difference on the spot. Fair play to the club like as I was fully expecting to be told it wasn't possible and I wouldn't have complained.
