One of the most unfortunate things about being short upfront and lacking a cutting edge, is that Bruno starts trying to do too much and forcing the issue, and it went pretty badly today. Can't wait to get the remaining bodies we need in and for the window to close, hopefully everything can then settle down a bit more after.

Looked better playing deeper so he didn't have to receive the ball in tighter spaces further up the pitch. Could just protect their back four and keep things simple. Did have a feeling he'd injure someone today by overdoing things and he did.

This is my biggest issue with him. He's overdoing it when closing down players or competing for 50-50s with them. It's incredibly frustrating. Cutting that out alone will improve his showings and how he comes across.

Except Anderson was being dismissed the exact same way Miley now is. This place is ridiculous.
-
Very unfortunate that he gets a chance to start and it's in a setup with no wingers, and Murphy upfront with him. Just didn't work at all. Once the striker situation is sorted out might as well loan him out to get first team experience.

Ugly game. The 3-5-2 setup we started with didn't really work and it set the tone for a poor showing. Just didn't work for the forward players. If we started with the standard setup we played late on, I think we would have got a result. Other than that another clean sheet away from home and at least picked up another away point. Think Leeds will be awkward at their place for other teams. They already beat Everton there I believe. If it wasn't obvious enough already we really need to get some more firepower in. Looking forward to that over the next few days, and then having the international break to reset and be ready to push on after.

Longstaff injuring the player that came in to replace him with a classic clumsy tackle of his. Really really irritating. It looked like a twisted ankle and he played on until halftime and so hopefully was just taken off as a precaution.

You just have to laugh really
-
Argh! Of course. Keep forgetting they spent loads on him. They basically paid for 28 year old Diaz, what we paid for Woltemade!

How much did Bayern bid for Wirtz? Surely they can afford Isak man?
-
Just remembered that as well as Hwang, Wolves also have Kalajdzic the 6 foot 7 striker back from injury, he's just come on. And so maybe they do let Strand Larsen leave once the Arokodare signing is completed.
-
Oh my God ... can you imagine if this had happened to us?! Bayern are screwed. They were looking at Nkunku as well previously, but he's already joined AC Milan!
-
Goal Brentford! Get in!
-
Has 4 assists in his first two games for them already, and this match isn't done yet.
-
Ouattara offside ...
-
Get in Wolves. Get in Brentford.
-
Joao Pedro awful in that one on one chance with the goalie.
-
Ignored Joao Pedro's handball and Iwobi getting trod on, but gave the penalty
-
They will give this penalty
-
"Commits a careless challenge" he says. Fucking hell!!!
-
You can't call it back for that can you?! That's ridiculous. It's just incidental contact.

Great goal Fulham! That young kid undressed Tosin before the finish!

Was really good in Belgium last season in particular and ended up top scorer I believe. He can be a bit untidy in build up play, but he's dangerous in the box. His movement in there is good and he's huge, although he will also have some poor finishes. Basically, his technique can let him down at times in all areas. They'll probably see him as a similar enough punt as when they went for Strand Larsen from Celta Vigo really. Obviously he's not on Strand Larsen's level, as he just isn't as good technically, but if they can create chances for him in the box he should cause problems. Can see why there's still talk that they would want another striker in aside from him, as I'm not sure if you can just throw Tolu in straightaway as the main and only option and be certain he'd deliver.

What a great interview man. Both German guys have come across fantastically well. Seems really excited and up for it and has a good feeling about the fit already, as do his family. Crazy we ended up with this guy so late on because we missed out on so many others, hope it pays off big time and he does very well.

Phwoar ... so essentially what we paid for Woltermade. Thank God we went with the big German. Jackson for that kind of money is mad, and I like a lot of what Jackson does. At the very most it should be around £55 million for Jackson IMO.
